Since my Doctor recommended that the warm water in the Lazy River part of the pool might help my legs and other ailments, I have been walking at a mile 3 days a week for a number of years. Ms Pat who works the desk in the early morning is always pleasant and sunny even on a cloudy day. The life guards are so accommodating and watchful. I have also met people who I now consider friends. It is a pleasure to go to Health Works.
Great place for all around everything gym wise. Clean locker rooms with a sauna and steam room. Decent weight lifting area that's not just full of cardio machines. Big pool for a reasonable price.
Love this place except in the beginning signing up for a training program. I wasn't told I would be locked into an ongoing monthly payment situation for 3 months in a row. Have to make sure you cancel and also have to use Your Paid training days up within a certain amount of time or you lose what you already paid for. But the supervisor over that program left, so I don't know if communication is better now or not, I did enjoy the trainers I had though. since I'm no longer paying for a trainer. I love all of the things this gym has to offer, including many classes, access to a pool both hot and cold sides and the saunas wet and dry in the locker room. It really helps my muscles recuperate faster and not hurt so bad the next day.
Good gym lots of options also has indoor pool multiple levels even has an elevator this please is recommended cheep monthly memberships and friendly staff keep it up!
This is a great fitness gym. Many different options are available here from trainers to classes to a wide variety of equipment. The pool is great for swimming laps or you could walk around the track in the water with the current or against it. There is also a track upstairs in the gym area for walking around cooling off and warming up.
I try to eat there everyday at health works the people are just outstanding outstanding they make some good sandwiches and some good muffins they are out of this world I enjoy going there and we'll continue That's all I got folks
I really enjoy being able to work out at my own pace and they offer free wifi to their members and their members guests also. They have a juice bar where you can get stuff made with different kinds of stuff
Love the clean facility and friendly staff. Great workout equipment and classes offered would recommend to all ages.

I came to the pool at Healthworks for my fiance's daughter's birthday party. Everything was great, the employees went out of their way to help us, and the kids had a fantastic time!
