My go-to spot after a good workout. The Peanut Butter Cookie meal replacement shake is to die for and the teas give you great energy with no crash. The owner Rick is a super nice guy and has built a beautiful personal training studio in the back. Highly recommend trying it for yourself! Kid-friendliness: Puzzles for the adults and kids :
Always delicious! My go to stop 4 to 5 times a week for a healthy breakfast or lunch. Rick the owner is very knowledgeable and friendly, has great recipes, and always makes sure you are happy with the product. Blueberry Cheesecake is my favorite shake. Best protein shakes, no bad protein taste, feels so wrong but so right. The teas are delicious and gives you that boost of energy we all need at times. There is also an awesome personal training studio available! All you need in one spot for healthy choices! I highly recommend the Nutrition Fix!
Rick has got to be one of the nicest people I’ve ever met! I went in 10 minutes before they closed and apologized and he was so sweet about the situation, letting me know repeatedly it wasn’t an issue. He had a genuine conversation with me while making my teas which are SO delicious BTW! I would definitely recommend going to check this place out if you can!
Rick has completely transformed the place since taking over in January 2023! It has a fun vibe and atmosphere. The shakes and teas are excellent and I absolutely love the protein coffee to get my day started right!

Always delicious! My go to stop when I need breakfast or lunch on the go! Owner is very sweet and knowledgeable and has great recipes, always has a smile on her face. Very glad I found this place, I recommend it highly. Best protein shakes, no yucky protein taste, only yummy goodness. So healthy for you. The teas are delicious and great for lasting and steady energy. 10/10
We love The Nutrition Fix! The new owner, Rick, is always pleasant! We love the option of working on the puzzles while we wait. The teas are always delicious!!! Kid-friendliness: Games for the kids and couches!
Even though they are right around the corner off of Hwy 55, I've lived here for years and missed them somehow. Glad I found this spot! The owner is awesome, and you can tell she is truly interested in the health and happiness of her community. They've got a huge variety of drinks, from wild, fruity neon mixed teas to thick meal replacement shakes more my style. It's also just a cool place to hang out. Have been in several times and since it's right on the way to work I expect I'll be returning often.
Love Chelsea, Rob, and all the staff there. We quickly became regulars and easily go AT LEAST 4-5 a week. Always welcoming, and just the nicest staff! Lots of creativity and variety in their tea and shake menu and they offer a tea and shake of the week. We've swapped our [pretty] daily coffee routine with NuFix teas and love it!
We love the nutrition fix! Wonderful shakes and ownership. Personal training also on point. Highly recommend 5 star!
