Here at Healthy Minors, we know children can get sick or injured when their primary physician or pediatrician isn't available.

When this happens, you can count on us to provide your child with prompt and professional medical care. We have highly qualified medical and nursing staff who are dedicated to getting your child fit and healthy again.

​At Healthy Minors, no appointment is necessary as walk-ins are welcome. We cater to all minors from the newborn to the college student. We are well equipped to deal with a variety of non-life threatening illnesses and are open late 7 days a week to accommodate working parents.

Wonderful experience with my 3 year old. Ear infection, and I have a hard time taking off during a workday for our regular pediatrician. They did see me when I arrived almost at closing. I had to fill out new patient forms, and will certainly try to schedule ahead online next time. I appreciate the extra safety measures compared to a regular urgent care considering it is for children! Dr. Sonoiki was amazing with me and my daughter. I love my regular pediatrician, but this experience was amazing. Will certainly return for any urgent care needs with my children.
Absolutely wonderful staff and Doctor who was just amazing with my special needs kiddo. Explained everything in detail and very patient and kind from the moment we walked in the door. I would highly recommend Healthy Minors LLC to anyone who wants their children to be calmed and treated with pure kindness.
This has been the worst experience of my life. We had to wait outside with two babies until we scanned a barcode and filled out a bunch of online paperwork. Prior to realizing we had to do this, we stood outside for 10 minutes knocking on the door even though an open sign was posted. Before resorting to knocking on the door, and right after realizing no one was at the front desk, we had to take shelter in the next door building since the heat was unbearable. After the front desk lady decided to respond to the knocking on the door, she tells us to wait outside until we fill out all the paperwork and we couldn't even sit in the lobby to do this paperwork. We had to return to our car at this point the air conditioned building closed and fill out the paperwork/insurance/all the bs we could’ve bypassed by going to the ER directly. After all this, we go inside, front desk staff is yelling at one of my kids without addressing me first to correct the behavior. We remained calm and professional since my other kid needed to be seen and I felt that we wasted so much time 40 mins or so at this point. We then see the doctor. A lady from Africa who was so stuck up and thought she knew it all. She moved my purse from the countertop without asking me, she was rude. Just terrible people and experience overall. No consideration or care for us as parents dealing with two babies who are already in distress. Total junk of an experience and I hope they go out of business promptly.
Excellent care - I wish the doctor could be my kids primary physician. Very thorough, helpful, and caring. Very clean facility and love the infection control measures taken.
Dr Sonoiki was amazing. I have a 1 year old who was premature and we were dealing with his first real sickness. I was a nervous mama with nowhere to go and Dr Sonoiki checked him out and put me at ease on a Sunday morning. Her staff was equally calming and resourceful. Best medical experience in Brevard county that I’ve had in my 2 years here.
My kids love the doctor here. She is very patient and takes her time. She's been a part of their lives since birth. Highly recommend!!
I’m giving 3 stars because I did like the Doctor. However, I will not return. My daughter had a standard respiratory virus and our regular care was unavailable so I made an appointment here. The front desk had me pay $145 up front. I have United healthcare, have 3 kids and I have never had to pay up front and do not have co pay. When I go to other walk in clinics I pay half that when they send the bill after it goes through insurance. I asked them if they could just run it through insurance and she said they would but I still needed to pay up front. It’s been over a month and still no sign of the visit being run through insurance in my claims.
Of course my 2 year old gets sick on vacation. The doctor was great with my son! She was patient, kind, timely, and throughly explained everything. She even recommended ways to boost his immune system since we just started daycare!
This was my first time at this location and I don’t normally write reviews but in this case I really wanted to express my gratitude towards the staff and Dr. Sonoiki. We were visited curbside and the staff was so warm and kind on the phone. The girl in the office was extremely helpful providing tips for the registration process. The nurses that came to the car to do vitals were on point, fast and efficient. Dr. Sonoiki was so sweet and spoke to my five year old boy in a way that was so comforting. She explained everything before touching him providing a level of trust that i really appreciated. He let her do everything without putting up a fight. Thank you to my new pediatric urgent care. We will be back when needed!
We have been with Healthy Minor for many years. Both doctor and nurse are very nice and knowledgeable. They always put patients needs first. I am so glad we have them in our community.
