Hands-down, Hearing Solutions staff is the best I've ever met with. they are very personable and worked with all of the requests I had in purchasing new hearing aids. Having good chemistry with my audiologist has been a game changer.

I wish I had more stars to give because this office deserves them! The staff is the best in the business, friendly knowledgeable and overall great human beings. They really worked with me because I have a crazy schedule and when one of my hearing aids wasn’t working right they gave me loaners and made sure that my hearing aid was fixed under warranty. I wore hearing aids for a number of years, but I was aware that it was time for an update. I was no longer happy with my hearing. At a friends suggestion, I found Hearing Solutions in Gambrills. After a hearing test, I asked about getting new hearing aids and the doctor gave me some options. I can honestly say that I love my hearing aids. To be able to hear is a blessing and I can't understand friends who are not happy with their hearing aids. Perhaps it's because Hearing Solutions doesn't sell you something and desert you. There are scheduled followups to check to see how you are doing, issuing a few adjustments when necessary. And if something comes up, they always make time to see you. In other words, they really care about their clients. Oh, and the office is pleasant and the Doctors and staff are wonderful!

Dr Muzii is awesome to work with. She is very friendly with an infectious personality that took the time to understand my needs around hearing loss. Dr Muzii showed me several hearing solutions yes, pun intended but recommended one type of hearing aid and I was not disappointed. Having the right hearing aids have changed my world. I now hear things I have not heard in over a decade. All the Drs. I have worked with at Hearing Solutions are warm, friendly, and attentive to my needs. When I noticed that my hearing wasn't as good as it once was, I didn't know where to turn. One day I received, in the mail, a notice from Hearing Solutions. It was just something in that notice that I felt good about so I gave them a call. Your hearing is one of the most important parts of your body makeup. I had my first visit Dr. Kostkowski. I was very impressed with everyone in the office from the receptionist to the Doctors. Dr. Kostkowski is a very thoughtful and caring doctor. She has a wonderful personality and cares about what is happening with your hearing. I would recommend, very highly, if you have issues with your hearing to go to the Hearing Solutions in Gambrills, Maryland.

Hearing Solutions was a random referral from my Primary Care Physician. It was between work and home so I accepted it ... and could not be happier! All of the staff are wonderful, we get great care and have had support with "impromptu" visits. Since then, we more even closer to the [then] Odenton office which has since relocated to Waugh Chapel Gambrills even closer to us. Win-win-win! Both my wife and I are now patients.

At my daughter’s prompting, both my husband and I went to see Dr. Robinson. She was very personable as well as knowledgeable. We received a full hearing evaluation. She’s discussed the results with us in terms we understood. She offered products but didn’t push. We both left with hearing aids that are helping us tune back into our environments.
