Great location, good price. I used Spothero and had a complication with that, but Craig and staff were pleasant and very helpful to resolve it quickly. My car was perfectly fine overnight, untouched and NOT broken into don’t be paranoid, the garage seems as secure as any urban parking structure.
More spacious than many parking garages in San Franciso city. In and out not complicated. Easy to park. Brightly lit inside. Rates not too high.
This parking garage is not like any other primarily because the manager Craig is someone who is incredibly customer focused and helpful. From being responsive to emails to helping when issues arise I forget my pass sometimes, Craig is fantastic. I wish people in service oriented managerial careers were as friendly and courteous as he is.
We had a really difficult time finding parking to accommodate our needs as we had a trailer. We drove around for hours until I found this place. When I talked to the security guard who was clear that they could not ensure 100% the safety of the trailer, however he said as long as it would fit in the garage we could park it there for the night. The garage was locked from midnight to 8am which helped relieve some anxiety about the situation. My vehicle and trailer were just fine for the night and the staff was friendly, honest, and accommodating. I'm so glad we found this place and would definitely use them again.
Parked here for about 5 years. No incidents or issues under the new owner. More visible security presence.
I feel compelled to write a review because while I already left my car in this garage, I decided to look at the reviews and I really started freaking out. This garage was totally fine for me. I parked on a Monday from 11am-10:15pm and had no issue. The doors were not locked and they had a sign that said they were open until midnight. The garage was well lit and I ran into the security guard who was patrolling around and he seemed nice. My car did NOT get broken into but I always leave it completely empty. Break ins happen everywhere. I was prepared to feel super uncomfy walking to my car at night in the garage but it seriously was fine. I would park here again
Convenient location to middle of downtown. Rates are about what you would expect for middle of downtown. This is hidden gem for parking because it always has parking spaces.
They don’t advertise well that metal shutters will close and be locked by padlock, therefore making it impossible to leave. Had they properly advertised this feature of the parking structure we would have not left our car here to be locked up from 6 pm till the next morning on a Sunday. Do not park here and support this poorly designed parking garage, it is far below the consumer standard for a parking structure
Very convenient parking garage. It is a little pricey but it's $35 for 24 hours compared to $50 - $70 for 24 hours at the hotels. Depending on what hotel you're actually staying at. Make sure to read the signs when entering however, this garage is NOT 24 hours. Meaning whatever time they say they are closed, they are absolutely CLOSED. Yes, including the weekends. Please don't park here for the weekend unless you don't plan on moving your car until Monday.
Would give 0 stars if that was possible. We are stranded here in the middle of the road because our car is locked in this garage. We specifically asked if we could leave after midnight but here we are with the car locked in the garage and no one around to help us
