Globalist here. Great location right off market Street. Spacious room, very clean, quiet, very comfortable soft king bed mattress! I slept quite well here. Service and staff were excellent. Breakfast buffet was pretty good. The regency club was excellent - great coffee machine, snacks, drinks, and seating. Bar in the lobby was a tad pricey but drinks and service were very good. Would stay here again!

Photos I Uploaded are just right around the corner from the hotel. The tesseract probably won the cool things contest in my book of highlights around the hotel. or the castle on top of the church. This hotel Is exceptional Aside from the ease in which you can get to pretty much anywhere you need-based on the location. Which shouldn't have been pushed aside in the first place. The service is awesome. The hotel is new and the rooms Show it, I'm not even gonna lie, This review probably Has More to do with just San Francisco in And of itself. Location for the hotel is awesome. San Francisco just rules.

Excellent facility, clean and neat. Quiet during the night. During our stay they always changed towels and restocked coffee. Nice view even though we were only on the 9th floor. Central location convenient to buses and metro. I recommend it. In front of it, there is a garage which cost only 24$ per night. Cheaper than the hotel.

Every staff member was friendly, professional and caring. The rooms and hotel atmosphere were beautiful, clean and modern. Loved the floor to ceiling windows in the rooms and amazing views of the bay. The breakfast display was gorgeous and the food was incredible and varied a bit every day. The club lounge was a great place to relax in a cozy and private space. Location great for transit or walking distance to unique explorations. Excellent experience.

The room was clean and housekeeping was delightful! We had some issues at check-in with the valet and receiving assistance to our room, as well as getting our car after checking out, but it didn't have a major impact on our stay. Also, the coffee bar in the room was a nice touch and the location was perfect for the event we were attending.

Really enjoyed our 4 night stay here. Family of 3 with a 4 year old. Location is super central. Very close to the BART, easy access to the airport. Location was great. Close to shopping, cable cars & transit. We had a corner room, very comfortable layout, comfy bed, nice shower, small beverage fridge, strong WiFi. It's just one block away from Trader Joe's, which was great for food runs for our kid. Did lots of research while booking as the area has changed, but the hotel is on a good street and we never felt unsafe. There's a Market on the main floor for morning coffee & snacks - they gave us a complimentary $15 card for it when we arrived. Staff was also friendly and professional. Would definitely stay again.

Wow! Where should I start?! Had an amazing stay! It is just as pictured on their site. Friendly staff, clean, modern and amazing views from our 35th floor room! The breakfast was superb: fresh fruit, cereal, warm food, pastries, they had something for everyone!  Rooms: The bed was super comfortable. The room only had what you needed, no extra furniture to clutter it up. Very modern and clean lines.  Walkability: We walked to Starbucks one block away. A few miles down, 20 minute brisk walk was the water. Also, city bus stop is across the street!  Food & drinks: The French style breakfast was amazing. There was something for everyone!  Noteworthy details: The views from our room were beautiful and breathtaking!

I stayed at this hotel last November and LOVED my stay. Mustafa I hope I didn't misspell his name at the front desk made my trip--I had some reservations about staying in SF in general and fortunately he answered and addressed all of my concerns. I literally stayed at this hotel because of him and I'm so glad I did. The room was great--good size, modern, super clean, with a comfortable bed and fantastic view. The hotel has a good vibe and a good amount of dining options - a restaurant, bar, and a convenience store that also had a ton of food options. Great location. And the valet service and valet area make it super safe to get in and out. I'll definitely be back. Thank you guys for a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay here. Great central location, walked to Pier 39 and a Giants game. Staff was so friendly. Service was great. Views are amazing. It was clean and very comfortable. Felt very safe in the area, even walking around the city.Rooms: 5/5
