Heart Hospital of Austin at St. David's Round Rock Medical Center

Staff is Wonderful! The place is Huge. Its multiple businesses in a hodge podge labeled a Hospital. Directions to the "correct" door are extremely poor, parking is Non-existent, and there is no one around to ask questions. Poor Management! Very disappointed.

Not only did they make us miss our first chemotherapy treatment because they couldn't read there own test in a week but now I'm getting double billed. And it doesn't stop there they charged my insurance billed me and now I have a bill for hafe the amount stating I have no insurance. THEY ARE A JOKE STAY AWAY. IF YOU DONT HAVE A HEART PROBLEM BEFORE YOU WILL BEFORE YOUR DONE DEALING WITH THEM...

My mom had to have a blood transfusion. We went in the day before for the type and cross and then the next day for the transfusion. When we went in the first day everyone said it was fine for me to accompany my mother who is 74 and in a wheelchair. When we showed up for the transfusion they refused to let me in and the girl at the door was very rude and acted like I how dare I ask her for a wheelchair for my mother. I explained that she had no cell phone or identification with her. They did not care.

Had an heart echo done today and was very happy with everything. Everyone was very nice and helpful, especially the sonographer Marla. Maybe they're hiring new people, but everything about my experience was positive.

Wonderful experience! From the check in process to nurse Tara, anethesist Preston, Dr Jaimes and O.R. nurses all top shelf. I was anxietal, they gave me the proper amount of meds, procedure was painless with no drug hangover today. Y'all have my eternal thanks. I highly recommend this facility!

The hospital and their staff went beyond anything I have seen in any hospital . Their only concern was the comfort and well being of the patient. My father was admitted there after a severe cardiac arrest, and even though most of the time he spent in the ICU he was comatose the nurses treated him with gentle care, dignity and respect. We are eternally grateful to the nurses of St Davids.

First they are not truthful with records I had a stress test done and they kept saying all my records were there when I picked it up. But they are not and now I have to redo my stress test because they didn’t do it correctly. The young girl at the front is also rude and looks at me like I’m repulsive or something.

I wouldn't even give it one star tried to do a visit and the person at the front checking people in treated me like I was a disease NOT COOL!!! SHE IS NOT A NICE PERSON!! if i had a HEART emergency I WOULDN'T COME HERE!! IM NOT A DISEASE!!!

I had a stress test and an ultrasound on my heart. I found the staff to be professional and courteous. The surrounding appeared to be clean.
