I felt that it was an annual wellness check up but the staff and doctor tried to keep adding extras like vision and hearing tests in spite of schools doing this. I had to request the nurse to take this off since it has already been done. It just felt like the staff wanted to add services and, the wellness check was changed to a visit since they thought they found something in the ear. This happened last year too. Don’t mistake me - the doctor is good but they are looking to make money now as much as possible. These are doctors we visited since my kids were born but I will be looking for a new doctor for sure. I am not happy with the way the business is conducted once Dell took over.
We have 6 children and have been seeing Dr. De Haro since 2000. I like that Dr. DeHaro talks to our kids about their health and how they can take charge of it. He has been knowledgeable, caring and is a good listener. Our youngest 2 are in high school, now. We’re so thankful to have Dr. De Haro care for our kids.
I absolutely love Dr Marshall and Dr. DeHaro. They treat you like an old timey doctor office. Your an individual not a number. They are truly concerned about the health and wellbeing of your children. My daughter has suffered with depression and other things throughout her childhood and Dr Marshall and doctor Dr DeHaro were both very attendive to that. Even calling me personally a couple of days after a visit to check up to make sure that I was following through with the therapist that we had found while speaking to each other. Very good people. The staff is also always very friendly very accommodating. It's not hard to speak to someone in the office they always answer or call you back. The only thing that I do dislike now is that they have joined the Ascension Seton group It's a little more difficult to make appointments and some of the small town atmosphere type of feeling is gone. Even though that is something that I found endearing about going here.....the doctors are so good and so sincere and thorough as well that it's worth the trade off. Overall one of the best doctors offices I've ever been to.
We have five kids ages 8,9,13,15 and 17. They have all been with Wyoming Springs since birth. We love everything about the practice. The doctors, nurses, front office personnel—everyone has truly cared for our kids’ health and well being for over a decade! I especially love how Dr. Marshall listens to my concerns and asks questions about preferences. She really trusts what I know about our kids and partners with us in health care decisions. She has been instrumental in the health of our kids over such a long time and is an integral part of the strong team at Wyoming Springs.
The Dr's are great but the place has gone way down hill since the take over by Dell Seton. Nearly impossible to get an appointment unless you can wait for several months.
Dr. DeHaro and Dr. Marshall are amazing and my kids love them but since they practice switched over to Dell Children’s it’s almost impossible to get a well child visit and it’s booked month out now. And now long hold times just to schedule a a n appointment or get an adhd refill.
Dr. Deharo itself is amazing, very knowledgeable, and with a lot of experience. However the front desk is horrible. They are in a mood and act like you are bothering them. Whenever they make a mistake don’t even care. Since the new change of practice it has been a lot worse. Hard to get an appointment when my kids had ongoing infections they would say ho to urgent care .. we’ll why do I have a pediatrician for? Now since the merge with dells has been “amazing” or “better” I’m tired of it and switching facilities .. my new pediatrician requested records for continuation of care and they denied on giving those because I have to pay? Wow be aware stay out of this place. Big big advice .
Dr. Marshall at Wyoming Springs has been seeing my 3 children for around 10 years now. My kids like going to their checkups and don’t mind having to go for sick visits if needed. Dr. Marshall is personable, knowledgeable, and very thorough. She is incredibly calm and sweet with my children. One of the many things I like about her is that she will get to the bottom of what is going on with your child. If I can’t get in with Dr. Marshall then the other providers are good also, especially Nina!!! Thanks Wyoming Springs!!!!
I am so grateful and thankful for this clinic. The staff has always been attentive and generous with me. Thank you Blanca front staff receptionist for being so patient and great. My daughters have been having superb treatment at this location. I would highly recommend this place.
Both of my daughters have been patients of Dr. DeHaro’s since they were infants. Due to scheduling and my calendar challenges for several years now we see either Nina or Maureen, they are both AMAZING. Blanca she’s been there as long as my girls have been patients ~I believe and Amy in the front office absolutely wonderful. Another great well check and physical complete.
