My preference is locally owned shops, but Starbucks is fine otherwise. Stopped in here to grab a coffee. The staff was nice, the coffee tasted fine. However, the lid was not properly fastened to the cup and when I tried to set the cup in the cup holder of my vehicle, the cup collapsed and coffee went all over my console, seat, and me. The only saving grace was that they gave me a new cup.
Absolutely dispicable service. We used the app to place our order and have been waiting for 30 minutes to get it. In the meantime, several cars have arrive and left the drive through. Complete waste of my time.Food: 1/5
Exceptionally clean and well maintained public areas. Crew is helpful and friendly. Good selection of food items for breakfast and lunch on hand with good levels of inventory to accommodate demand. In addition, this location does have "Nitro" cold brew.
The customer service is outstanding! Atmosphere is welcoming and like walking in to visit friends! Wonderful staff that want to provide the best experience possible! They have never let me down and they remember my coffee preferences I add peppermint most of the time down to how many flavor pumps and that I never want whipped topping! When I tried the juniper latte they even offered to make my regular if I didn't like it btw I loved it!

Just went thru drive thru and it sucked my drink was nasty white mocha the cream foam was nasty why can’t they just get it right for that price i want go back to this location ever
I was waiting for a long period of time and i was late to work from my lunch break i’m pretty sure the rude man by the name of simon took my order i have worked in the food industry for 4 years this is unacceptable.
We are were driving home from Tennessee to Chicago and we ended up here. They do not have the brew that I asked for but without hesitation they brewed a cup just for me. Definitely recommendable!Food: 5/5

So I got the small peppermint mocha and I love it. My brother got the peppermint white hot chocolate and he said he liked it to. So please stop by and give a drink a try.
