Heartland Fine Amish Furniture

I work in customer service so I gave this place another chance after being ignored in the store the first time and having to ask for help when I was the only person in the store. The second time I went in to purchase what I had looked at and was again ignored and they didn’t offer to order the product I wanted when I was told they had several at a warehouse previously. So they clearly don’t care if you walk in because they’ll ignore you and then not even try to make a sale by helping. I won’t be back and I hope if you read this you will find another furniture store that has employees that care.

Fantastic in every way. Randy is a walking lexicon of furniture made in North America. He knows his trade remarkably well. I've bought a nearly a dozen pieces from him the last ten years. He even stopped at my house once on his way to a buying trip to Amish country to make sure he was perfectly matching a purchase to my existing oak Amish bed! Fair prices and excellent service through to delivery for real American made, beautiful solid wood furniture. The wait for the furniture to be made is well worth it. You won't be disappointed.

Recently purchased a dining room table from Heartland. The table is well made and beautiful. We are very happy with our purchase. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. We will purchase from Heartland again. Yes, you have to wait weeks for a handcrafted piece of furniture; well worth the wait!

We bought a chair several years ago and the fabric wore out prematurely. When I explain to Andrew the manager he took care of us in a fantastic way that I did not expect and he didn't have to do. I will buy my next table from them soon! Highly recommend them for all your furniture needs.

I bought a cherry bedroom set here after looking at other area furniture stores. This was the only place that had quality pieces. Everything I saw elsewhere was poorly made overseas. Quality always costs more, but this furniture will last for generations. The salespeople know their stuff and were very helpful. I look forward to going back for some outdoor furniture.

Great! Have been enjoying my cherry bed, mule dresser and bedside table for over 5 years. Excellent quality and service. Not many stores have solid wood furniture made in the USA, Heartland does! Highly recommend for those who want the best.

in 2015 we purchased four quarter-sawn oak Royal Mission dining room chairs via Randy from the Amish chair craftsman he works with. I had always wanted an Amish piece, and the chairs did not disappoint. They are very well made and finished. Really nice workmanship. Two years later they look like they did when we bought them.

I just called to price out a very large purchase of furniture. I was told they were closed due to the shelter in place order. Keep in mind I completely understand them being closed and support them for that decision, but what I don’t understand is why they refused to quote a price over the phone for thousands of dollars in furniture. Maybe they don’t need the business during these economic times. Maybe they have plenty of money. I’m not sure, but I’m disappointed that I couldn’t get a quote over the phone. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Beautiful furniture but pricey. Unique pieces, one of a kind items. People are friendly.
