This place has just about EVERYTHING outdoors. The owner Roger is very knowledgeable & is more than happy to help you with advice to get you into whatever you’ll need for your next adventure.

Went to the store while on a hunting trip to the area. The owner had zero customer service skills and could not careless that you were there. When asking questions, he did not even acknowledge me regarding items. However, when I wanted to look at purchasing a gun that is when he decided to get up from the phone and "help", very lose term here. It was a burden to him to even show me the gun. Usually I give the benefit of the doubt to someone who may be possibly having a bad day but, as others stated, this seems to be the norm here. The prices of items are high compared to other sporting stores. If this was the last resort for supplies for hunting or fishing, I think I would quit the sport before buying from here. I am all about supporting local but, it is hard to support a business when they seem to not care any about the customer there.

I would have given them five stars, but they are a little expensive for my taste on their ammo, and they have never had much of an inventory of handguns, especially used ones. However, the staff are knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, courteous, and very patient. ANYONE that can put up with my very grumpy putting it mildly boyfriend and still have a smile on their face is more than okay. In fact, I'm going to up my rating to four stars.

Salespersons act as if they are better than anyone that walks in. Rude when asking questions, and make you feel like you are not welcome.

Called about getting a pop-up blind. They were very friendly on the phone, and told me they had several types in stock. When I went in, great customer service. Staff was knowledgeable regarding inventory and the ins and outs of each item, as well as answering all of my questions. If they didn’t know the answer, they’d ask someone who did. I ended up needing several things and the staff person stayed with me during my entire shopping experience to make sure I found exactly what I needed. I will definitely go back.

Nice place to stop in for out-of-towners at the gas station next door.

This place has ammo like no other sporting goods store out there. Their selection of ammunition and firearms is great. Prices did go up on ammunition by at least 10 percent from when I went there last week. It is a bit more expensive and customer service was not as great. One can't complain too much on price because they always have what your looking for unlike competitors like academy or Cabela's, but customer service could be improved.

They have great customer service. They are knowledgeable and can help with most anything. This is the only store! They really try hard to get you what you want, not just what they can sell to make more money! I appreciate that!
