We offer thermal imaging services on a self referral and physician referral basis. 855-254-4328 (HEAT)
Thermal images offer the opportunity of earlier detection of dysfunction in any area of the body than has been possible through self examination, doctor examination or mammography alone. i.e. Breast Disease.
Thermography is a quick, non-invasive clinical image that converts infrared radiation emitted from the skin surface into electrical impulses that are visualized in color. The spectrum of colors indicate an increase or decrease in
the amount of infrared radiation being emitted from the body
surface.
Thermography is a preventitive test that is valuable in addition to mammography, ultrasound or other diagnostic tests.
The thermogram is non invasive and painless image of your thermal fingerprint. The camera does not emit radiation of any kind. Thermograms, (images) can be taken of the whole body, or specific areas of concern.
All thermograms are kept on record and once your thermal fingerprint has been established any changes can be detected in your routine annual studies.
Medical Thermography’s major clinical value is in its high sensitivity to pathology in the vascular, muscular, neural and skeletal systems and as such can contribute to a diagnosis by the clinician.
Thermography can detect hundreds of diseases for example:
• Breast Disease
• Inflammatory Cancer
• Ductal Carcinoma
• Headaches
• Muscular Spasm
• Sprain & Strain
• TMJ Dysfunction
• Back & Neck Pain
