I love how I didn't feel like I was just a number or another person who came through the door. Dr. Bita was caring and very personable. Before she started my procedure, she explained step by step exactly what she would be doing which I really appreciated. Melinda was very helpful and made sure that all of my questions were answered! This dental practice will be the only one I ever go to!
My first time with this dentist and it was a great experience. Warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable staff. They understood my financial concerns and worked with me so I was still able to get all my needs met without breaking the bank. They will go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience and their work is phenomenal. If anyone is looking for a new and trustworthy dentist, book with Heavenly Smiles!
My first time here was a great experience! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I felt completely comfortable with Dr.Bita; she is super thorough! She answered all my questions regarding my exam and what I needed done. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a new dentist.
What a great place! The atmosphere there, from the front desk to the assistant to the dentist, is very welcoming and friendly. They treat you like you are family. Dr.Bita is wonderful. I would recommend this place without hesitation.
I had my first appointment at Heavenly Smiles this morning. I am a nervous dental patient, but I was immediately made to feel comfortable by the welcoming staff. The offices are very nice, very clean and comfortable. They used modern equipment during the exam. I was most impressed with Dr. Bita. She was personable, very thorough and knowledgeable. I felt complete confidence in her treatment plan. I am so happy with my choice of a new dental provider.
By far the best dentist I have been to. Bita is a true professional that you can trust. She is advising you without being pushy. She has also surrounded herself with the kindest assistant and staff. I can only recommend her
I love everyone here. Dr. Bita, Malinda, and Annette always make me feel so comfortable and taken care of. Dr. Bita is very thorough and I feel I can always trust her to make the decisions that are best for me. Annette is amazing; she always let's me know what's going on when working on my teeth and makes sure I'm comfortable. And Malinda is the best. She's always on top of the scheduling and always manages to fit me in as soon as possible and at a time that works for me. I'm very thankful for this office because I've had a lot of dental work and been to a lot of dentists in San Diego and Heavenly Smiles in Poway has been the best experience by far.
Heavenly Smiles dentist has a very good attention to detail. They are much better than my previous dentist at Poway family dental. I found them through my insurance even though I have an HMO and they are primarily a PPO office they still accepted me.
While a visit to a dentist can be a little nerve racking sometimes, the staff at Heavenly Smiles made me feel comfortable and relaxed during my deep cleaning procedure. This was my first visit to this dentist, but Bita did a good job explaining the details of the procedure as well as the future treatment I needed for my overall dental health.
Heavenly Smiles Dentist is wonderful! Dr. Bita is skilled, compassionate, gentle and thorough. She explains all recommendations and procedures in detail. Melinda made me feel welcome my first phone call to their office, when I was looking for a new dentist! She has been so helpful getting my records transferred and scheduling my appointments with my dental plan in mind! Dr. Bita, Melinda and the entire staff are warm, welcoming and friendly! I highly recommend them!
