Heed Fitness by Naheed Radfar is a multi-disciplinary approach to health, high level fitness, yoga, mind-body connection, body arts/body movement, core/calisthenics, plyometrics, gymnastics, acrobatics, acro-yoga, partner yoga, kickboxing, running, and high intensity metabolic/ interval training. We offer indoor and outdoor classes, private trainings, running groups, retreats and workshops worldwide, and nutrition, health and wellness guidance. Body work, myofascial release, massage and acupressure are considered prongs with as much importance to overall health as exercise and nutrition. Guidance to herbs and vitamin supplementation are similarly offered as part of our approach to wellness.
