Decent park. They have a dog park also that looks nice. I cant seem to find a bathroom though so thats an inconvenience. There were a few broken pieces on the playground so they get those fixed and it will be better. They did have benches at this park unlike others in the area so that was nice

I go here all the time on our lunch break, they have a nice dog area for your pups. Dog-friendliness: They gave a nice fenced in area for puppies.
Great park to have a picnic or take a walk. Very clean fun atmosphere for the whole family! They're rural log cabins are beautiful and make a wonderful place for birthday parties and family gatherings! They even have grills and the larger one has a kitchenette. Would be a great place for a wedding or graduation party.

Neat little park with slides, swings, see-saw, and lots of climbing. Kids love it.
Check out the spiral walk. Lots of Muncie history. We enjoyed ourselves.
The bathrooms are horrid. No door stalls and you cannot lock or totally shut the outside door to the women's bathroom. I was there for a covid memorial. I am so gladthey are having the next memorial at a better maintained venue.
Heekin Park is amazing!!! Easily one of the best and cleanest parks in Indiana and one of the top 10 parks in the United States according to Parks Weekly.
the park itself is Lovely.. so much better than a few years back, the dog park area is amazing too, such a great improvement on this area since my high school days! but the constant sirens and incredibly loud traffic even on Sunday is sad...
