Heislers Dairy Bar has been serving Schuylkill County and surrounding areas since 1957. We still manufacture our own homemade ice cream on the premises in over 33 flavors. We are located in the Beautiful Lewistown Valley.

Description

We also have 2 new Mini golf courses, 18 holes each, Driving Range, Arcade and Gift Shop. Hot food is made fresh from our grill to order.

Found this place after a dats hike at Hawk Mountain. Ice cream was really tasty, and the prices were very reasonable. We had a cheeseburger, peirogies, French fries, and mozzarella sticks. All reasonable prices. I think the burger was like under $4 bucks, and the peirogies about the same. They had a large driving range, mini-golf and large parking area. Next time we are at Hawk Mountain we'll be sure to stop in again
A great place to spend a day with family and friends. Lots of food and ice cream options. The mini golf courses are well kept.
Always great food, just like I remember! BBQ, french fries, and Guers iced tea for the win! Ice cream is the best around. Two mini golf courses.

Pretty nice place to spend an afternoon. We did mini golf, there are two courses. We then had a early dinner, or a late lunch which was pretty good. Then we went across the street and hit some balls at the driving range. Then we went back and got some ice cream. It was all good. It was all fun!
Nice place to take your kids for some mini golf and the driving range is as it's always been... could be nicer but for what it is and costs..it's fair. The two ladies working in the range were super nice and you really can't beat the ice-cream...best ice ream in the area!! All in all its worth checking out and definitely try the BBQ sandwich with fried onions!
Very pretty place with the mini golf. The staff are nice. I wish the website was updated because the arcade and gift shop were closed my grandson was looking forward to the arcade. The ONION RINGS WERE AMAZING Great prices too
Great place. Ice cream and lunch.
Quite frankly, I was a bit disappointed. This place has been raved about so I was very excited to go. We went for supper, mini golf and ice cream. The French fries were dry and needed ketchup or something to moisten them. The chicken sandwich was overcooked. The mini golf was fun. I would do that again. Thus the 3 stars, otherwise, I would not have given them any. The ice cream was another disappointment. No soft ice cream, OK, I get over that and have a sundae with chocolate and vanilla ice cream. There were chunks of ice in my ice cream. I could have had better ice cream at home. Wouldn't do this place again. Sorry.
What can be said about this place as it has been here since the 1950s. The best ice cream around and even decent food items. I miss the old waffle house across the street which features fresh waffles and ice cream. Worth the trip and highly recommended. Just don't come out on Wednesdays they are closed.
