I lived at Helen Towers Apartments from 2018 to 2020. The previous apartment manager wasn't that great as you could probably tell from previous reviews online. He recently left and Juan maintenance lead got promoted to manager. I can say with 110% confidence that he is an amazing person and will do an outstanding job running the place now. He's very personable and gets things done. The complex itself is always clean, maintained, and is an overall joy to live at. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. I'd highly recommend living here if you are considering it due to great management and great apartment living. Thanks again Juan!
I lived here back in the 90's during the Northridge Earthquake, so my review is definitely dated. That said, i enjoyed living here but the cockroach infestation was terrible when i was around--hopefully that has been corrected. otherwise i loved the building and the fact it didn't fall on me during the quake and the pool was nice.Our apartment was two bedrooms and very roomy. Good spot, just hope it cleaned up the roaches.
