I've been going to Helzberg for years, and always had a good experience. My most recent purchase February, though, was not the best quality. I got a Sterling Silver ring and it tarnishes SO quickly. I can get it cleaned, and it's black the next day, around the stones. The diamonds stay pretty sparkly. I have had it cleaned there three times already, and as you can see, the silver looks terrible. Other than this one purchase, I have always had good quality and great customer service.
Denise was extraordinarily helpful. We came in on a budget with little time to get the rings ready and she was able to get it set up, in and out within our price range and our rings look absolutely perfect. Denise was very friendly and personable. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for jewelry.
Nice workers and clean store. We've had a few hiccups the last 6 years, they once lost my wedding ring for 2 weeks trying to blame me saying I must have forgot I picked it up. I had to stay persistant and they had to have corporate review cameras ,etc and come to find out they misfiled, so it was there the whole time. Then there's constantly warrently questions because pending the store you go to or the employee you speak with, they require an originally written inspection card or some tell you that cards are lost all the time so I doesnt matter... I think all stores and employees should be on the same page. Its frustrating as a customer. I think the quality is there, but the structuring needs help.

The Helzberg in Sioux City is amazing!!! They always have great service and are friendly!! Did an amazing job cleaning our rings! Amazing service and very frienly. The one in Omaha, I was not impressed with and will not be returning too.
Bought a ring for my wife for Mother’s Day the sales person said if it was not the right ring to bring it back and they would exchange it my wife went there with the ring and my credit card I put it on and they refused to exchange it for the right ring the sales reps there are so fast at trying to get a sale that they don’t take care of the customer I will never buy any jewelry there again What makes me so mad is we spent $8000 here this year and this is how we’re treated
This store sells jewelry. Gold, silver, platinum, diamonds, and cubic zirconia I'm actually not sure if they actually carry that last item, but it's fun to say. They gave my wife a pretty necklace and earring set for a fundraiser she's helpingt to organize today. Nice people! We'll be back! But, don't tell my wife, I want it to be a surprise.
