I go here often enough that the staff recognizes me and are always friendly to each other. Their door beeper is really sensitive, so make sure to give it space if you have anything with tags on it. Or don't if you want to scare the bejeezus out of a friend.

Miss the old stuff now I feel like it's emo

I went to this store yesterday with two of my girls and my daughters service dog. Explained we had a medical reason not to wear a mask. They said it was fine but to social distance. Today I went without the service dog and was kicked out. The assistant manager Dani stated he got an email from corporate that there is no exceptions to the mask requirements. This is not only discrimination against disabilities but a violation of the law. It even says on the corporate website that they are RECOMENDED NOT MANDATORY.

Please STOP requiring your customers to wear face masks while doing business in your store. Those mandates do NOT lend you customers, and it is nothing but political propaganda. It violates people’s personal rights and shows that don’t care to see people smile. Those masks are NOT about health and safety, they’re all about control. If I were a business owner and required people to wear masks, I would go out of business and be flooded with overwhelmingly negative reviews. Please do the people a favor and remove those signs requiring people to wear masks or you can close your doors for good. Political propaganda does not lend to happy customers.

I hope Sioux City Hottopic reads this for the past 4 months I would enter my “favorite “ store & I would get really bad vibes & faces from the employees & the manager himself. I would enter with a smile on my face & the staff would not acknowledge or ask if I need any help but when other customers would enter they would give them kind customer service. I feel extremely discriminated when I come here to the point I only shop online for my Sailor Moon or Harry Potter Merchandise. This will not continue any longer because I am no longer stopping any longer. I did nothing wrong to any of you.

River was the best! She helped me select the plugs that were right right fit by measuring the ones I had on. She also suggested some cool apparel and saved me some money by suggesting items that were on sale. Will definitely come back!

I love this store! All of the employees are super friendly and helpful! A few of them even know me by name because of how often I go back. They always have really neat products. I always go here for my accesories. This is one of my favorite stores in the mall!

So, Im happy that you guys have Bt21 products because im a huge fan of bts, but I didnt like the employe's rudenss when I attempted to retrieve a hoodie off the higher shelves. She completely humiliated me and forced me to leave the store. I Will NOT be going back to that hot topic again.
