Nurses are very nice but are spread thin, as with medical care these days! My complaint is the state of the one restroom! One for all chemo patients,nurses and all personal. Not enough and when I arrived, no seat covers, no towels and a partial roll of TP. Please clean this up and keep stocked! Many patients also have bladder issues!

I feel Dr. Marjon is spread too thin and can be abrupt. When your in pain from myeloma everywhere in your bones and he wants you to have a transfusion great but does he realize you have to wait 8 or more hours to get one at the horrible hospitals around temecula. Needs to be a better way.

I have never done reviews for anyone. Why am I stepping up and writing this review now?  Because OMAR deserves it! The 5 stars are not enough to show our appreciation. OMAR deserves the acknowledgment and we are beyond grateful for all that he does. I can write a short noble to list everything but I know I don't have the space so I will keep it short. We have been coming to this office for 2 years now to have my dad's iron/hemoglobin monitored. It was a quick visit every 3 months until September of last year when my dad was diagnosed with lung cancer. Hearing the news was scary, to say the least, but getting him scheduled for his treatment were very challenging. There were lots of obstacles and a lot of mixed-up and almost impossible to get any clarity on when things were getting scheduled. I was becoming hopeless and started looking at reviews for the office. I was surprised to see so many reviews focused on Omar. So then, I decided to call the office again and asked for him. Yep, the reviews were absolutely spot on! He was so empathetic and more than willing to help. It was after I spoke to him that the wheels started moving again. We were finally able to get the port scheduled that my dad needed after waiting 3 weeks with uncertainty. This was just one of the many, but most important, tasks that Omar helped us get done. Each time I have questions or help with my dad's scheduling or other concerns, I go directly to Omar and when he can't answer the phone right then, he always calls back the same day. He is definitely an asset to this office and we are grateful he is there. We are now coming into the office every 2 weeks...and never fails, Omar is always so pleasant. The office gets pretty busy but Omar always puts a smile on his face to greet us as I am sure he does with everyone else. Thank you, Omar! We appreciated you!!

The doctor was very nice he took him time and explained everything thing to me and even made some jokes to make things a little easier

Great office staff. Friendly and caring. Dr. Sanders is very personable and knowledgeable.

My office visit appointment was made very quickly. Once I arrived the paper work was simple to complete. Once I finished I was called back to start with the weight, blood pressure ext. the young lady was very professional and nice. Then I was seen by the Doctor. He was very informative and let me know that I would be fine and I just needed to have some more blood test . Which I have done this week and need to have another blood test in 6 months.

I don’t normally do reviews but I think Omar deserves 5 stars , when I arrived for my mom’s appointment he made us feel welcome and comfortable , you can tell he loves his job , I hope other people get the Omar experience as well

Front Staff were pleasant and prompt. Medical Assistant was very pleasant and careful to take down everything for my history and medications. The Doctor was in the exam room in a timely manner. Answered questions and didn't make me feel rushed. This was only my first experience with this clinic. I hope things remain a good experience.

Office staff is great. Very helpful. Dr Andry is wonderful. Very knowledgeable in his field. Is able to explain my illness in terms that I can understand. I love this place...but I need to get better so I don't have to come back just every 6 mos... K. Lori Neiderman
