Hemet-Ryan Air Show is Back!
The County of Riverside is pleased to announce the much anticipated return of the Hemet-Ryan Air Show, which is back for its 10th year on Saturday, June 4th, 2016. The Hemet-Ryan Air Show will take flight from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Hemet-Ryan Airport in Hemet, CA.
There will be something for everyone to enjoy. Fulfill your sense of adventure with a gravity defying performance by aerobatic stunt pilot Kent Pietsch and his Jelly Belly Plane, performing a thrilling routine from 6,000 feet and attempting a rooftop landing on a moving RV! Bill Braack’s Smoke-n-Thunder Jet Car roars with excitement. 20-foot flames and billowing smoke exit the race car as he pulls over 4G’s and 400 MPH to try and overtake a racing plane above. Additional performers include Jon Melby, John Collver, Vicky Benzing, The Red Eagles Formation Display Team, and The Golden Stars Skydiving Team.
An added bonus to this year’s Air Show is the addition of the Riverside County Food Truck Festival! Bring your appetite for the tastiest food on wheels! The 3rd Annual Riverside County Food Truck Festival rolls into Hemet with a variety of the hottest eats Riverside County has to offer!
The Hemet-Ryan Air Show and the Riverside County Food Truck Festival are FREE to the public, including parking. The Hemet-Ryan Air Show is an FAA and International Council of Air Shows recognized event.
