Avoid this provider. They had missed an appointment with no attempt to contact at all to notify me. I searched EVERYWHERE for some way to contact them with no luck at all. I also called, SEVERAL times, the number they used to contact me but repeatedly was met with no answer and a full voicemail box. If I ever did get through, any voicemails I left were unanswered and calls never returned. I contacted the VA immediately to inform them, as I had seen other reviews online that this provider bills for services not rendered. I later spoke with the provider and mentioned the missed appointment and made absolute certain that there were no services rendered for the appointment they missed, to which they confirmed and said they would not bill. Just got a billing statement in the mail today from TriCare that they billed for this appointment that they missed. I have started a claim with TriCare West for Fraud and will be following up as well as filing a grievance with the VA to get documentation started, as I have seen other individuals, veterans especially, having the same issues with this provider.
Extremely dissatisfied! I contacted this provider to request an autism spectrum disorder ASD assessment specifically for an adult female. I inquired with their staff if the provider has experience with undiagnosed adult females suspected as autistic. They said yes. Within 10 minutes of my appointment which was by phone it was clear the doctor DID NOT have knowledge of how ASD presents in undiagnosed adult females!!! A simple Google search "adult female undiagnosed autism", the first site that comes up offers more information than this provider knew. She basically told me I had a lot of other problems made me feel like a hypochondriac but that I WAS NOT autistic. I meet all the diagnostic criteria. The appointment was "virtual", a phone call ! and she sounded like she was driving in her car. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PHD!
This lady is a scam and she needs to be uncredited and terminate whom authorized this women as a professional
