He and his superb staff, are intelligent, compassionate, and will help you every step of your unique case. My experience was getting help with Estate planning. Not willing to even hear or consider concerns, obviously and strictly looking for big money personal injury cases. Don't recommend.  I personally did not contact, an immediate family member attempted to reach out for assistance based on information for this firm as to what type of cases were handled and within their experience. Although not every case can be a multi million dollar personal injury concern, it's very misleading to list all the types of ligation handled if you either don't have the depth of staff to work such or the only type of interest as was explained when contacted over the phone was that of personal injury. If this isn't exactly correct, you may want to either re-educate whoever is answering your incoming calls or spend some of that major ligation win money and invest in call recording software so you can pull calls to ensure accuracy and integrity within your calls.

Mr. Fincher has handled my family’s business and family related legal matters since he began his practice over 20 years ago. In addition to being a Harvard Law graduate, he holds important certifications in family law, estate planning and many other areas. His knowledge of both business and family law is unrivaled in our area, in my opinion. Henry Fincher doesn’t back down from a fight and is commitment to his clients’ best interests. He is also liked and well-respected by judges and other members of the Bar Association, which speaks to his professionalism and character. I would suspect that some of these bad reviews are from jealous people who are interested in getting back at him for defeating them in court cases.  Mr. Fincher’s expertise is honestly well earned from hard work and dedication to doing the right thing.  You will not find a better attorney to help you with your concerns.  He has my highest recommendation.
