Visited the restaurant next door and noticed Henry Home Interiors. Peeking through the window, the furniture looked lovely and unique. As my mother is looking for a new couch, I suggested we visit. No one ever greeted us, waved or said a word in welcome and we were there over 15 minutes. I spotted at least 3 people who appeared to be employees and only one other customer, so I don't think being busy was the issue. We finally left, even though we were interested in a sectional. Again, no one said a word as we exited. I'm not sure if this is part of a "hands off" approach to sales, but we felt invisible in this store and won't be back, which is a shame because they had pieces I haven't seen anywhere else, and I was excited about finding a new place.
I can't say enough about how fabulous this store is in their selections and customer service. I've purchased several items from Henry. They provide personalized recommendations; texts or calls regarding pieces in which I've shown interest; notices when something new arrives that I might like, and great design help. I really love that they bring furniture and accessories to my house, arrange it for me, and will return it if I don't like it. This helps me make decisions that otherwise would be much harder. I'm not a 'visual' person. It's hard for me to look at a room and envision what it needs, so shopping for furniture usually intimidates me. Katelynn, the owner, and Steve, her dad who works beside her, have never made me feel like I'm as untalented in decorating as I actually FEEL, so it's a pleasure to go in, even if just browsing. And a shout out to the other Steve who works there, too, because he's so helpful and friendly; he also has a great eye for design, as do Katelynn and Payton. Katelynn is an award-winning designer. I also have a box to check off that doesn't exist for everyone. I want the experience to be fun. I like to laugh and enjoy some conversation while looking for anything new. I highly recommend Henry Home Interiors. They truly check all the boxes!

I have been searching for a chair for my family room. I found 2 that I loved and in just the right color too. Steve our salesman and Katlin the owner were both extremely helpful. Steve even helped load the recliner into our SUV for our drive back to CA. I will be back.

Henry Homes is the best interior design and furniture store in Oklahoma. Katelynn is so creative and personable, she makes the whole design process fun! The showroom is absolutely beautiful! Henry Homes generosity extends beyond the store, they are also known for giving back and supporting their local community. The Junior League of Norman truly appreciates Henry Home's continued support.
