her Physical Therapy and Wellness is a concierge, women's pelvic floor physical therapy practice in Washington and Idaho. We come to you in the convenience of your home or gym. We provide 60-90 minute, one-on-one sessions to women and teenage girls. We offer physical therapy, wellness, sports injury minimization, group sessions, online consultations and local education to fit your needs and budget.

Mission

The Mission of her Physical Therapy and Wellness is to provide our clients with up to date, evidenced-based physical therapy. We have two goals:

1) Empower women through awareness and education
2) Minimize sports and pregnancy related injury in teenage girls and women

I can’t recommend Beth Ann enough. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a way of making you feel comfortable and at ease. She is kind, professional and very thorough. She provides you with so much education throughout the entire appointment. I came to her for some postpartum related issues and she was SO thorough, gave me so many insights and tips on how my body works and how to care for it better. If you’ve been considering pelvic floor pt, do yourself a favor and get on Beth Ann’s schedule!
I’ve been working with Beth for pelvic floor PT and she has been amazing! It is clear that Beth is very knowledgeable, kind, patient, and a great teacher. You can tell she really cares about you and your recovery. Their office is very professional and clean. Highly recommend!
I can not recommend Beth Ann enough. I had previously seen two other pelvic floor pt’s and was hesitant to go to pelvic floor pt again. My last experiences made me feel unheard and hopeless because my issues were not “textbook” and I didn’t feel like they took the time to try. From the start, my experience with Beth Ann was very different. She has a kind and gentle demeanor. She listened intently as I explained all of my symptoms and how I thought they could be connected. Beth Ann then did a very thorough evaluation, taking the time to carefully consider the different factors that could be playing a part. She had a very holistic approach. I also appreciated the fact that she took the time to explain what she was looking at, finding, and educating me on what was happening in my body and why. I look forward to continuing care with her and I am hopeful to find healing for issues I’ve been dealing with for a couple of years now.
Kailie is amazing! She took her time and was very informative! My physician had instantly recommended surgery, but I now know I have alterior options. I am going to continue to work with Kailie.
Our PT shared a ton of education with us which empowered us to make better choices about our child's health care plan. She was well-educated, passionate and compassionate. She used language we could understand.
Kailie is AMAZING! I absolutely love visiting with her! She is so smart and skilled and you can tell she loves what she does. She has been so helpful with my pain and symptoms. I drive from Spokane to see her because I wouldn’t want to see anyone else!
I had a clogged duct the size of a large egg for two weeks. I had seen a couple doctors that did not take my concern seriously. They gave me antibiotics and sent me on my way. Kailie squeezed me in after I called her in desperation to do ultrasound therapy. She was very knowledgeable about the connection to the lymphatic system and not only treated the duct, but taught me a way to massage to help move the lymph. Two days later the clog is nearly gone. I couldn’t be more relieved. I’m so grateful to Kailie for helping and listening to me.
If I could give Kailie 10 stars, I would. She is SO knowledgeable, but also very relatable and personable, so it made pelvic floor related PT and ultrasound for nursing-related clogs much more comfortable! I appreciate that Kailie took time to answer my questions and help me function better in my day-to-day living during my last pregnancy and beyond!
Beth is so caring! So glad I found this place. If you're thinking about it, just try it.
