Park Ridge Apartments

I don’t usually leave reviews but I have to say the property manager Kathy is absolutely amazing!! If it wasn’t for her my children would still be living in a dangerous situation. Kathy, thank you from the bottom of my heart!!

I live very close to these apartments. Last year I noticed a man outside almost everyday, picking up trash and making things look nice. I haven't noticed him for a while. This year however, there have been several deliquent kids, who live at these apartments, roaming around adjacent neighborhoods ringing doorbells and harassing people who are walking their dogs, etc. Loud cars sit in the parking lot playing music, and people with broken down cars parking all over the street. What's changed?? Stop renting to these low-lifes so we can keep a nice, beautiful neighborhood!!!

The people here are very rude they're always in your business they try to always get you in trouble when they're doing the same thing the management hardly does anything about anything it's not a friendly place here at all if you want a place to stay where nobody is bugging you this is not the place to live at all people are nosie and have nothing better to do but being a business

I was there for 8 yrs the management That is there now are wonderful, they really work with you if you have a problem they even likes the pets you have I'm going to miss living there
