I purchased a cosmetic item over the phone, did not receive a confirmation number for my order nor did they take my email or anything to send a receipt for my purchase. Came in two days later to make sure it had actually gotten shipped. The woman assured me it had just wanted to see if I could pick it up since I was there Called the following week since I still hadn't received my item and the employee told me that it had just shipped and should receive it sometime this week. I only live 45 minutes from the store and I placed this order over a week ago and it still isn't here? Why didn't they just give me my item when I was asking IN STORE, rather than waiting for me to leave AND waiting two more days before even shipping it? She was literally too lazy to walk to the back and pick it up and hand it to me! Everyone in there seems so disorganized, like a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off, and as I sit here today without my item STILL, I honestly doubt that when I DO get it I'll even receive the right stuff. A week and a half for a package to deliver 45 minutes away. Yeeeah, no thanks to this store. I will not be returning. Well, maybe- to return my item when it arrives all messed up, HA! *previous reviewer is correct, Macy's is a thousand times better than this ancient store. Just shop there and avoid the hassle! Way faster shipping on cosmetics items as well.
The Team at this store is A M A Z I N G and handling the liquidation with grace and utmost professionalism. Considering the extreme amount of foot traffic over the last few months, the store looks well organized and as clean as humanly possible.
Yo this place was straight Fuego! The employees are the nicest peeps ever, they'll find what you're looking for, for sure. Great deals, I spent some fat stacks in this place, dropping paper like it was nothing. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.
I love most of the items i buy from Herbergers, however - I was hassled by a clerk at the Brainerd location. I was returning a replacement set of King sized sheets that were sent from an online order at "no charge". When I said jokingly "Ok, guess I should keep them for the Holidays and Re-Gift them LOL" and she looked at me and said "Or, Leave them here!" and I said, "Why would I do that?" and she said VERY RUDELY "Because you didn't pay for them!!". I can't believe she would say that to me after ALL the money I spend with them! SMH, shame on you Brainerd, MN.
I love Herbergers. I shop there a lot. I have a silver Elite Rewards card. I have had my card since 2010. However I won't be shopping there any more. I recently found a coat i loved at Herbergers. When I looked at he label it said Ivanka Trump. Until Herbergers removes the Trump label form all goods in that store, I will not be shopping there again. Follow the footsteps of Nordstrom. Remove this brand!
Sales people are snooty and follow you around like they're on high alert for something suspicious. I've really tried to over look the stores clerks and let's face it, their prices are exorbitant, but really. Come off the snooty attitude. It's Brainerd Mn, not New York, people.
How is this company still in business? I cant imagine anyone pays these prices, especially for Under Armor gear. Store layout feels extremely dated as well.
Staff is usually helpful and friendly. Good sales and good selection of items.
Went black Friday shopping here. Coupons exclude pretty much everything.
Expensive. Can usually find the same thing online for half the price
