I had a great shopping experience at Target today. Good sale prices, clean store and friendly service. I will continue to shop there.
Target is a "trendy" type store. Generally speaking it's not my style; worse, the company supports/promotes causes I cannot condone. I only shop here rarely, for specific sale items. I did find some great plastic tablecloths that I needed at a good price here; I couldn't find anything satisfactory elsewhere. I am disappointed that they no longer send out printed ads in the local newspaper.
Id give zero stars if it was possible. My son bought 2 SD cards for me but he bought the wrong size. I went to return the $70 pair of cards and was told they could not be returned. They were not opened or tampered with and I had the receipt. Their response was "Sorry but there's nothing we can do". So I'm out $70. It will be the last time they see me in their store and the last they will get of my money.
Easy to order online. Quick and easy pickup, with pleasant employees. =============== And, another trip ... Easy to find items using the Target app and then to use the app to pay with my gift card balance. And what **great** employees.
Love the Brainerd/Baxter Target! Employees are always so nice and helpful. The store is always so clean and organized! Employees do a wonderful job!
I love using the Drive Up option at Target. After working it's very helpful to be able to pick up the groceries and not have to walk on my painful feet. I have had several instances with this Target though that made me a bit frustrated. I have had one item not delivered twice and still charged. The first one was a twelve-pack of pop, and the second was personal pizzas. In the first instance the Customer service rep. made the situation right. The second just happened and I'm hoping it will be resolved as quickly as the first instance. Otherwise, the Employees who bring out my order have always been very friendly, efficient, and quick. I will be using it again in the future. I understand mistakes happen and as long they are corrected I'm okay with the store.
The team lead that I worked with today Will was fantastic! I was having multiple issues with a curbside order that I had been working on since yesterday. Will went above and beyond and was able to get the issue resolved. He truly cared about us as customers and we really appreciate him.
I love shopping online and using drive up pick up at my target. It helped me through the worst of the pandemic and I still love the convenience so I can enjoy more summer activities and not spending time shopping for essential items on a gorgeous summer day is definitely a plus!
My favorite store to shop at! I can spend hours here browsing or run in to grab just a few things. Convenient, clean, organized, helpful employees, great products I am obsessed with the Market Pantry sweet potato fries, they are THE BEST, nice carts, simple returns, I could go on and on.
The store is great! But the lady working at register 2 at 11:15 on June 20th was terribly rude and mean, and it was uncalled for. I went to ask her if her register was open and she just yelled "I'm closed" and looked at me like I was stupid!!! I know the light was off, but sometimes they are broken, I didn't think it would hurt to ask. So that was mean enough, and then she tried to get some people to get ahead of me, really!!! You were mean enough and now you were trying to get other people to be mean too!!! I was having a hard day already and she made it wise for no reason at all.
