I've lived in this park since I was born 20 years. My family has seen a lot of people in and out. Everyone is friendly and most wave when you drive by. The grounds are well maintained and the landlord is the friendliest person you'll ever meet. Yards are big for mobile homes and allow dogs up to 25 lbs. Come visit!
Peaceful & quiet. There are some neighbors who stay to themselves. But the ones that don’t are very helpful and sociable!
Park is now called Park Place MHC, owned by Dubois Investments since 8/1/2015.
Odd to find a mobile home park in Waukesha, but it has been there for a very long time. We met someone there. Well maintained.
They raise the lot rent so high they price poor people out of the trailer park even if you own the trailer
This place is very well kept,and the staff are exceptional
