Awesome new park in Waukesha with brand new equipment. It has some unique new things for kids to try and plenty of activities to check out. Park in the lot just to the west for easy access.
The only downside I feel is the daily admission. It has almost doubled since last year. Try taking a group of your kids, friends, family etc.... you can easily spend $50 even more if you visit the snack bar. Not everyone can afford the upfront cost or use the annual pass though it is much more affordable if you go at least 5 times in a season. It is only open to the public like 7hrs a day as well. Swim lessons are great as well!
From rusty and boring to new colorful glory! The new playground is the bee’s knees! We love it and it’s buzzing with new life! Fantastic work by the city of Waukesha Park Rec!
Love this park! Great for the entire family! Nice playground area for small kids, skate park area for teens, nice shelter picnic area. At the pool the changing areas are well kept. There is a Family Changing Room and Handicap accessible areas which Is a huge plus for my family. There is a snack bar and designated food area. There are 2 large water slides not open on our last visit lane swimming, and toddler gradual depth to about 3ft deep area. The children's area includes a few interactive sprinkler play areas, 1 Frog slide, and a waterfall mushroom play equipment. There is also a good amount of places to sit and lawn chairs surrounding the pool. *Life vests recommended for little and I experienced swimmers. they have a sign at the check in on what types of Float devices are allowed. We had a great time and can't wait to go back!
Great Park! Stuff for little kids up to adults. Entrance is affordable even for out of city residents <$10 adults. 1m & 3m! diving boards, 2 water slides and 0 depth Splash Pad entrance. The 3m diving board is one of just a handful still open for public use in SE Wisconsin. Area is well maintained and well run by the Lifeguard crew. Grounds are gorgeous. Only caveat is the slides were down which has happened before.
I'm was very disappointed to find there was no playground for the kids to play on once we arrived all the way from Franklin for a birthday party
Lots of open grass ,, nice trails for walking or riding. The bathroom was available and very clean!...
Slide were down when we were there bit has two diving boards, one that's a high dive. Very fun. Lifeguards are a little over the top but otherwise fun place.
Brand new! Super fun area. Decently busy!
Best place to travel for a dip in the pool everybody friendly prices are phenomenal and a nice size place
