If you are looking to buy or sell a home in the Yakima Valley, look no further than Wayne Nelson. My wife and I recently had the privilege of working with Wayne and it was a tremendously positive experience. His professionalism, attention to detail, and thoroughness helped us to get our home on the market and sold in less than a day, above asking price. Our home needed several updates/improvements and Wayne had a contact for everything. He got us in touch with a roofer, handyman, electrician, landscaper, etc. All of whom were well priced and just as professional as him. His real estate acumen is second to none, but what really makes Wayne the best is how he cares for people. Through the entire experience it did not feel like we had gained a real estate agent, rather a new member of our family. Night or day, Wayne was never too busy to answer our questions. There is no one better in the Valley to help you with your real estate needs.
Moving across the country is an extremely stressful experience especially to somewhere neither my wife and I are from. Drew Harris, who’s local, was the best choice for us. No matter the question or situation that arose he was always prompt and made us feel at ease. Even after closing on the home, since we weren’t able to move in right away, he continued to provide us with local resources for care of the yard etc. and even walked through the home virtually with us one more time, to help with planning for our move. We couldn’t be more grateful for his involvement in us buying our first home!
We were still living in Alaska but shopping for a home in Washington which was quite challenging not being able to be there in person but Drew was there for us and helped us every step of the way! He made the process very simple and helped us in every way possible. Chris was referred to us by a family member who had already used her in their house purchase transaction in Yakima. We couldn't have been more pleased and delighted to have such a diligent and professional realtor help us with our home purchase in Selah, WA.
