John Pulvers wouldn’t write our offer because it was “too low for him to write”. The house has been on the market for 270+ days and is in terrible condition. He lied about the condition of the home. He said that it was “lightly used” with black marks all over the walls, holes in the countertop, holes in the drywall, and the carpet is trashed. I would look elsewhere if you want someone to help you sell your house. He clearly has no interest in selling them.
