Best KW Office! Fierce Leadership and amazing support for new agents and season agents alike and the culture is what keeps me here. Can NOT duplicate this office! The education program is incredible for new agents in providing the solid foundation needed to become successful in this competitive industry. Everyone from the top producing agents on are also so approachable and always willing to help whatever the need may be. I love how supportive the office colleagues are and the genuine care that is expressed. My business growth and success is definitely a direct result of this office. Come join the KW Larchmont family!
I simply LOVE this office! The level of support I receive as a new agent is unmatched. Joey Sacavitch our team leader is going above and beyond to make sure we succeed as a new agents. Everyone from top producers to my fellow new agents are friendly, accessible and supportive. It truly feels amazing to be a part of such a wonderful team.
Keller Williams Larchmont isn't just another real estate office, it's a family - a dedicated family to each other. The support from our Team Leader and Staff is magnificient. We couldn't get off zoom fast enough to get back into the office and to classes which are ongoing. If you don't believe me, come and see for yourself!
I’ve been with KW for 20+ years, and with the Larchmont office for 15+ of those years. The support is second to none, and the office is a very close knit group of agents. We know we can depend on each other for help and support at any time. I’ve been in real estate for over 32 years, I’ve worked at several companies, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
KW Larchmont Office is in a few words the place where there is something new to learn in The Real Estate Business! Multiple training courses to choose from, People are knowledgeable and motivated of what they do! I highly recommend this office!
KW Larchmont provides an overwhelming array of training for their new agents. It is a wonderful "1st experience" in real estate. Once you have garnered business they are supportive in assisting your journey.
Excellent place to work. Have been here since 2007. You won't find another agency in LA with the kind, giving, trustworthy culture we have here. Supportive staff and management and training almost every day of the week. Pro agents. Surprised to see negative comments here angry tenants.
Their agent - Terry Llyod - sold a property and failed to disclose a material fact about the property specifically the existence of a termite report that showed that a repair in the tune of $15k was required. What made it worse was that their broker and assistant broker have failed to respond in order to get this matter resolved. Next steps are litigation and a DRE complaint.
Myron Bang from this office was the most uncommunicative, impossible to reach rental agents I’ve ever had to deal with. My partner and I were denied a rental for reasons that remain completely unknown to us because Myron took DAYS to respond to each message we sent, even before we applied. We do know we were likely denied several days before Myron confirmed it to us, costing us precious apartment-hunting time while we waited to hear from Myron. I cannot recommend Keller Williams Larchmont if these are the kind of agents they employ.
I always thought of Keller Williams Larchmont as a high end real estate office. Unfortunately, it comes as a surprise that they are OK with their agents representing sketchy multi unit rentals near Larchmont Village covered by LA's rent stabilization laws. The units in question have multiple complaints with HCIDLA and LAHD for issues of rats and rat mite infestations, previous black mold reports, a landlord and management company that serve illegal 3 day notices on tenants during LA City's State Of Emergency Order and a landlord that has refused to fix multiple health and habitability issues throughout the building. For all tenants that think about renting in Los Angeles, please make sure you know LA City's Rent Stabilization Ordinance RSO which applies to all buildings of two or more units built before 1978 and CA state rental laws which apply to buildings 15 years and older. In addition LA is still under a State Of Emergency Order so please make sure you know the LA tenant laws that apply to this order. Contact HCIDLA and LAHD and Stay Housed LA for more information on the varying LA City, LA County and LA State Laws.
