This program started out in a positive manner, and we were pleased with the progress being made. Starting the second week of therapy, the old receptionist returned, and little issues started popping up but all I heard was that she wasn't kind. By mid-week, the therapist calls making a lot of accusations without proof and wanted teen picked up. I picked them up, and discovered that they were not welcome back to program and that the counselor and receptionist were talking about my child and another child in the program loudly in the hallway for others to hear. Many HIPAA laws were broken, they were not treated with kindness, empathy, or compassion. One would expect a therapist working with teens in an IOP setting be better prepared to deal with behaviors consistent with their diagnoses. Getting rejected and hearing the vile things that came out of the therapist and receptionists' mouths set my teen back months therapeutically. Had I known how unprofessional they were or that my teen would suffer even more from their treatment, I would have never taken her there. I did report her to the nurse, however, I never heard from anyone else at the facility, so I doubt anything was done about this.

Second time I've gone here the therapist I had was amazing and the staff was awesome too.
