Selected this bowling alley after reading reviews and them being mostly positive on customer service and well kept and working alleys. We were not disappointed. The alleys were well oiled and polished. The score screens worked well. We arrived around noon and even with a bowling league taking up half the lanes we had no wait to get a lane. The ladies bathroom was very clean and happy about that. The whole place was clean in fact. It was Halloween and they had decorations out which was nice. We will come back when in the area again.
Our 4 y/o granddaughter had her birthday party there. Our attendant was extra awesome. The kids had a super great time and the adults were happy to be there. Which is completely awesome for adults at a kids birthday party. My granddaughter elated, shouted "this is my best birthday ever". We were absolutely blowin away by our attendant. I can't say enough good things about her.
I had my hubs birthday get together here! We had pizza, soda and they even gave us a bowling pin and a t-shirt. It was so much fun to be with the family and really having a blast with each other. This is a great spot to celebrate any occasion. It didn't hurt that I got 6 strikes in a row either!
My family and I had a great experience at Hermitage Strike and Spare. The facilities and restrooms were clean and well-kept. The staff was very friendly and attentive. There is a snack bar, full restaurant/bar, and an arcade. The prices were very reasonable. We will definitely come again.
I've been here twice with family during Christmas weekend and for a corporate event. Both visits went extremely well and we had fun!!
The bowling alley is clean and the screens worked the lanes worked. So we usually have a great time going there. However the last time apparently was an off day .. not a lot of customers.. and there were some employees who seemed to decide they wanted to just play music for their own enjoyment rather than that of the crowd. There seems to be a playlist going that was fun, upbeat music you would expect to find while bowling. It enhances the day. Then you could tell that a song would start that apparently they did not like so they plugged in their own playlists from their phones. It was family and older people there bowking, and the shift manager was playing songs that were more of a different genre and we're not family-friendly. I mentioned it to the shift manager and he said he did that when no one had played the jukebox. Then he and the store manager literally Shrugged us off when we mentioned that songs were starting that got a little way into the song, and then it seemed that we could tell they didn't like so they cut those songs off and played their own. . That happened several times so it seemed obvious that they were songs on the jukebox or on the system that we're playing but that they decided to override it. Usually we have a great time but seeing that the employees, including the shift manager and the store manager, were less concerned about giving customers a fun day, and in fact were entertaining themselves instead, was disappointing. To be fair, these were employees we had not seen before. Don't know if they're moving shifts around but these guys did not seem to care a bit and were not friendly, not helpful and clearly not interested in our experience.
Great place to bowl and have fun with family. Fries are really good, every time my family and I eat them they are gone in 3 minutes. Highly recommend.

Amazing went there today for a birthday party the food is great and service I would recommend
We went wed after 5 when it was 2 dollars a game, the shoes are 4 something for rental. We got there right after 5 when the deal began and they were not yet too busy. I am guessing they pile everyone on top of each other for a reason? We bowled one game had 2 slices of veggie pizza and some fries, and a drink from the bar. We did play on more game and overall had a nice time. I enjoy the fact that It is so close to our home and everyone was very nice.
