This place is amazing! We attended a kid’s birthday party and the whole place was reserved. The kids had a blast bowling and the gentleman attendant at the party was kind, patient and incredibly laid back. The place was well maintained and furniture and equipment was in great shape!
Arrived at 5:30 when the door and hours say closed at 7 and the place was locked and dark. Abysmal.
Small but it was fun, I advise going well before closing because you can't buy food after a certain time there was still a little longer then an hour left when we came,we were told no food orders when we rented our shoes, they also put you out right at closing time
We use to go here when our kids were little, kinda had forgotten about it. After going back I remember why I loved it. If you catch it on the right day it is not crowded, they have specials and the food is yummy! You have to have a military person with you to sponsor you though. Kids birthday parties are a huge hit here because it is small so the place is entirely yours for the hours of your party.
Terrible experience. So, the kitchen closed over an hour before they closed on memorial day. We tried to order before 5 and they closed at 7. The table next to us ordered a pizza and got it. As well as desert. We were not even allowed to order at all. The "automatic doors" are broken. You have to slide them open to get In. Their is NO sign that says they will close on you. My friend almost got stuck in the door. They will not stop if you are there. It could have been my kids who got stuck and injured. Then, I had to take my daughter outside. The guys still had one round left and they shut down the lane and wouldn't let them keep playing. Just shut it down and refused to let them finish. I do not recommend coming here ever.
Had my daughter's birthday party here and it was so much fun. The staff were so helpful and nice and the price is great! The bowling alley only has 6 lanes so for the birthday we got the entire bowling alley for 2 hours. The food isn't bad either. So glad we got to have it here instead of a civilian bowling alley that wanted to charge us the same price for just 2 lanes plus the cost of shoes. Must have an active duty or retired sponsor to be able to reserve the facility tho.
Loved that the entire bowling alley can be rented for a decent price. Party and food package are separate but still a good deal. Kids enjoyed themselves. Nice customer service.
Friendly, helpful staff, clean facilities and great lanes. The food is all really good. Pizza was perfect and service was excellent! Great place to take a family on a hot afternoon, even my toddler had fun! This would be an awesome place for a kids birthday party!
Took my grandkids ages 8, 9 and 11, summer deal two games free for each. Just paid for shoe rental. Small bowling center only 8 lanes but well worth the experience. Need military ID to play. Kids had a blast and lunch meals are great.
Just left Twin Pin, and I certainly do NOT recommend this place! The manager, Denny was incredibly rude... I had called two weeks prior to book a party. I was told that you could not reserve lanes unless you had a party of 45 or more. He checked the books and said that there were lanes open on the date we wanted from 7:00 to 9:00. I would just need to come at that time because it’s first come first serve... My husband and I just popped in today a week out to see what food was served. When we got there, the same guy then told us that there is now a party reserved! We wouldn’t have even known if we had not shown up today!!! Denny was very flippant with us and just laughed and said “oh well... your party was too small to reserve a spot! He could have cared less!!! If you want to book a party, go elsewhere!
