The facilities are well maintained and clean and the staff is usually helpful. I especially like that it never seems too crowded though that could be the hours we come. The price also seems reasonable for such nice amenities.

One of the front desk person is super racist, she spoke to Caucasians nicely, but super rude to Indians. Noticed this behavior others too.

Great, clean facility! Pool is kept pristine. Staff are friendly and hold true very specific covid protocols. Reservations and masking are great. Really great place.

HCC has come a very long way over the years. The new facilities and fields are great.

Has Indoor gymnasium, fitness center, and pool. Better prices than your gym and you get to support the local community. Wonderful staff!

The facility was clean and staff were friendly but I would not recommend their swimming class for kids. My kids took three sessions of swimming class which were 6 month long with little improvement. Their coaches were not focused and lack of experience. I transfer my kids to other swimming facility and within just 1 session 2 months, they learned more than 6 months at HCC.

It is a nice, clean, family-friendly, and motivating place. It offers several classes/courses for kids, juniors, and adults with a big devotion to swimming, not very comprehensive but acceptable to its size and affordable prices. My whole family take classes here and we like it. They provide child care during the week too.

Finding vacant parking spot is a big problem here especially around 6pm. Otherwise I’m reasonably satisfied for what I used it for. Actually my daughter attended couple dozen dance & ballet classes here so I used to take her there and wait or walk around until her class got over. Instructors were really good, however they don’t offer make up classes.

A good resource for Town of Herndon residents and visitors alike. Nice pool, gym, racquetball/handball courts, new exercise equipment and weights, plus various activity rooms. Lots of classes available plus individual training if you want. Daily charge as low as $7 for residents, plus multiple visit passes up to annual memberships. There are also events throughout the year. COVID-19 Update: I went to the workout area this morning and was impressed with the new procedures. There are 5 fitness time slots, each separated by a cleaning interval. Equipment has been rearranged for proper distancing, with spillover taking over one of the hard courts. They've obviously done their homework. I felt very safe there. Update: The layout is back to normal, pre-Covid configuration. I'm usually there in the mornings and see few people. One day I went late afternoon, and while there were more people, it was mostly some students after school. Still not crowded. Plenty of room in the space.
