Very friendly people both on pick up and drop off. The truck hire was good very new and clean truck it was a 4.5 meter for moving house. They were very helpful when any questions or problems.
Typical Hertz hire place, staff were great, service was first class, hope to go back one day.
Really friendly people : An insurance company rented a hire car for me due to a second accident and the process was easy & straight forward. The man that dealt w me on the I came was very kind, good experience overall.
Highly Recommended, Sunday 03/07/2022 is when I picked up the Hired truck In prestine condition to move my family to our new house. It was a fantastic experience, greeted warmly, welcomed upon arrival with a courteous smile. Professional customer service, really informative and helpful, cheerful and knowledgeable. My experience with the Hertz Deer Park location won't be my last with them as well as Hertz, Australia wide and internationally. They have two different faces, stay away! First experience was good, so decided to choose them again even though i had companies closer to my house but they disappointed me, at drop off time they discovered a tiny chip on windscreen and i had no clue about it, they held my bond and said we will call you once we get the quote from repairer and which will be most likely next day as per the female staff on the reception, but no one called/emailed/text for next 3 business days, no one contacted me to advise this via phone or email that this issue has closed or sorted or charged, very poor communication from them. So decided to call them to figure out what they have done from last 3.5 days. The male staff over the phone told me we have processed your refund with no charges and will be there in 3-5business days but when i checked my bank statement they refunded my bond but charged me separately for the damage. Also had to ask them to send me a copy of the Pre-rental Vehicle Photos. Very low standard of service, never coming back
Very efficient service, I was given a clean rental car that was trouble free for 2 weeks. I handed it back full of fuel as in the agreement, and had a touch free end of rental experience. The whole experience with Hertz was pleasant and I would rent from them again.
Nice people good Customer service. Wasn't a good first impression for me though. All details needed were provided by insurance Company BUT it seemed to take longer than other places Competitors could have done 4 hires in the time I waited.
Best service and even better staff!!!!! I hired a car here a few weeks ago through my insurance and the service I received was so helpful and it was an such easy process to follow which made my life so easy. I left an item in the hire car and only realised a few weeks after I had given the car back. I called Hertz to see if they had it and they told me they hadn't seen the item, then shortly after they gave me a call and told me they had located the missing item. I am beyond grateful for the staff going out of their way to help me when most business's wouldn't go to this extent. Thank you so much I am so appreciative!

I usually go through thrifty but felt like I was getting ripped off lately. Tried Hertz and I think I’ve just found my new go to. Really friendly service. Modern fleet of vans. You can pay just under $27 for unlimited use of tolls. More included kms per day! Am super happy with this place. Never going back to the other one.
