Excellent experience! I rented a Nissan Rogue. It was a holiday weekend, and the location was bustling and chaotic, but the customer service was superb and I was on my way quickly. The vehicle was clean and in perfect working order. I even inquired about purchasing it upon return. I will definitely rent from Enterprise again in the future.

We rent vehicles from Enterprise because it's straight forward and easy. Even when we had a tire issue with the vehicle, they came through and provided us with another vehicle to continue our trip. The ONLY negative was that the cargo space was smaller in the replacement vehicle,  so packing it was a challenge.  We dealt with assistant managers at both locations, Phoenix and in Montana, and both provided excellent customer service.

I had a very frustrating experience.  When I arrived I was told they would not accept my VISA debit card because I lived out of state.  They asked me for a credit card.  I do not carry a credit card because I have plenty of money available on my debit card.  It did not matter than I had rented a car from them on the same card in my home state.  The clerk was a royal jerk as well. My plans were ruined.  I will never use Enterprise again.  There are other companies that rent cars.  I will be using them in the future.

Michelle was an absolute angel while assisting me in the car rental process. She made it quick & easy & was extremely accommodating to me & my needs. This location is very organized & everyone is very friendly, but Michelle goes above and beyond with her soft spirit and good service. It makes renting a car after a giant lifted truck runs into your jeep at 40 mph the light at the end of what feels like a very, very long tunnel. If you come here definitely ask for Michelle.

I have used this Enterprise for years, long before they moved to the current location. I have had an excellent experience every time. The staff changes frequently but the training must be very good because the customer service is always excellent. It was very busy during my last visit but everyone did a great job of handling the crowd expeditiously. It is quite handy to have their pick up and drop off service also.

The entire staff was friendly and helpful. At the initial renting and at drop-off, they made sure I had everything needed and made the process way less stressful. I highly recommend enterprise for renting a car; especially the Deer Valley location on N. 19th Ave.

I honestly don’t do these, but just had to share…could not single out anyone in particular because the entire staff including the back end are amazing. Positive atmosphere and a sense of team work! I did not request a military discount but the team noticed my credential and provided me with one. I appreciate the quick  process and the attention to details. Thanks everyone!

Rental car businesses are always a hit or miss with me. This particular location was incredibly busy, but the employees moved quickly and efficiently. I didn't wait more than expected, had everything ready by the time I arrived, and was able to finish the transaction in one easy go as we walked around the vehicle. They have become much more efficient these past years. This location in particular can boast some really great employees with a good handle on effective customer service. Update: I've had 2 more visits to this location, one personal and one business. It's amazing how consistent they are with great service. I love working with this team! Aden, Chase, Deni, and several others ... I've worked with so many and they've all kept that bar raised high. Thank you!

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Callie and Deni at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car in North Phoenix on 19th Ave. They went above and beyond to take care of us on our last rental, and made the entire experience super smooth and easy. I have several other car rental locations closer to my house than this one, but I specifically went back to them and drove a few extra miles to use them again on my rental this week because my last experience was so positive there. If you need a rental, go to this Enterprise and ask for Callie or Deni - they are both friendly and knowledgeable, and will take care of you. This place also has a giant selection of vehicles to choose from and it’s very clean and organized.

I was involved in an accident and was being taken care of at Caliber Collision in Happy Valley. Enterprise made the rental car experience so easy and came and dropped the car off and picked it up. The process was so smooth and effortless. The representative was a blonde woman and I wish I had gotten her name but was super nice and answered all of my questions regarding the rental process.
