Don't bother pre booking here I live in this town and can assure you the 15x I've booked anything they never have a car. EVER! I'm a trucker I know
While there were plenty of cars available in the lot, I was not able to obtain a vehicle booked through Uber. After listening to the surroundings I overheard the Manager consistently referring to me and my buddy as Mexicans, although I am NOT! The Rental was booked through Uber and I obtained a Uber ride to this location, only to have to pay for my own Uber ride back home after being denied a Rental Car BOOKED and PAID for in advance!
Got charged 45 dollars for gas not being full. They claimed that it was only half full even though I returned it full and filled it up before returning it. Wasn't worth the time needed to fight for it after a couple of calls. I'll never be using Hertz again and will be telling my friends and family to avoid. I had heard of people getting charged for rediculous things at Hertz, so I guess I shouldn't have been surprised. I've used Enterprise in the past and never had problems, so I'll be going back to them from now on. If you do rent, make sure to carefully document your gas when receiving and returning.
Hertz is like a member of the family. Not an immediate member. More like a cousin, or a fun uncle who's there for you in a pinch when you need to get to a business function in another state. At any rate, keep up the great work!
I booked a week before upon renting a car with them and they called me on that day itself to say that they don't have any available cars at hand. Pretty disappointed as this is not their first time doing this. The lady on the phone was not very friendly and helpful in fact she came off as rude and arrogant. This is the last time I will rent from them. Hope you guys can come up with a future solution or better yet plan ahead in informing situations like this to customers. Also, please update your website if you do not have available cars. It wasted my time figuring out how to get a rental car from you. Thank you.

I was so thankful for the man named Kyle at this location. I was having a very hard day, and he was so helpful and made everything go smoothly. I was leaving on short notice all by myself and among other things, I was worried about whether I would be able to fit my bike into the rental car. Without me even mentioning it, he noticed I had a bike and offered to help me put it in the car. He did it easily and was overall so helpful and made sure I had everything I needed.
Absolute nonsense. Why any company would charge incidentals up front instead of just holding a credit card I have no idea. I made my reservation a week in advance and received the price but when I arrived it was much higher. I almost missed my business trip but went to Enterprise and got it half the price with a free upgrade to a very nice car.
Very poor customer service experience. As mentioned by other reviewers, my price was also much higher than I was quoted. When I asked if there was anything he could do to lower it back to the original quote, the customer service guy responded that this was "just policy." He did not express any concern or give any real apology, instead opting for the apathetic and unfriendly approach of simply repeating that this "was just policy." Very disappointed; I will be going back to Enterprise from now on.
Overall had problems every time I rented from them. Wrong car, didn't get the reservation, etc. Rented from them a total of 7 times in a yr and half never had a problem as far as the car's shape when returned. Went to go rent another one for my mother in laws surgery. Boom my 658 score was suddenly not good enough for a rental. Even tho I had just rented from them 2 months prior. Contacted Equifax credit whom hertz blames for this problem, and they report there should have been no problems!!!!!!!!!!!!
