Great rental experience, friendly helpful, and got me in and out and in the rental I needed
I must say that this has been the best Ryder hands down. I like to say Thank You to Sylvester, Jeff G, & Rodney for there help today. Rodney Fix my truck when I have been to several other Ryders that could not fix. I was having the same problem with my truck going to the shop for the same situation old DEF system which I think should be deleted from all trucks. Rodney had great communication with me about my truck and the other guys that assisted him in my visit today was absolutely professional and taking care of my needs. I just want to say thank you because IF THE WHEELS AREN’T SPINNING MOMMA IS GRINNING!
The Cedar Falls Ryder is the best. As our company is National, we have used other shops in the lower 48, but none provide the level of service they do. Even Wash and fuel the trucks on the weekend We appreciate the prompt response from everyone in the office. They are always willing to help. I look forward to continuing our partnership with them.
The Cedar Falls Ryder is the best we have worked with. As our company is regional, we have used other shops in Iowa, Missouri, Kansas and Nebraska but none provide the level of service they do. We appreciate the prompt response we get and Mel and everyone else in the office are always willing to help. The partnership we have with them for our rental fleet is critical to our success.
The customer service is exceptional. Such an easy process with the most kind employees! They even gave my dog a treat, not many places where they say “you have your dog in the car with you? Bring her in!” Sure makes a person feel welcome and cared for. Thank you Ryder!

After experiencing issues 35 miles on the interstate with a vehicle that was rented from another branch,they stayed open coached me in to the cedar falls branch talking to me and monitoring me to make me feel at ease to a situation that could have been hectic stressful and dangerous. The staff had a vehicle waiting for me and made the transition seamless. Real pros at the cedar falls branch. Sincerely Craig Tideback
4 days and 30+ hrs sitting in the sun with my dog and finally having to pressure management to get them to finally get it in the shop 4 hrs after my appointment time set 2 weeks prior... they did nothing to fix an issue. They barely took care of the scheduled oil change and service... and only after I jumped their case.... this location needs to really work on getting it together and actually doing their work and less on corporate synergy meetings in the middle of the shop floor...and being a full service gas station.. I am baffled as to how and why the Cedar Falls Ryder location has a rating more than a 1.5
I've tried contacting these guys for months on a quote. Every time I call once a week they tell me "I'm so sorry, we will have someone reach out today and every time it never happens. When I ask about trucks, I have to go through the whole process again and again for them to not call me, again. Must not need the business. If they ever get in touch with me and figure this out I will change my review, otherwise from my personal experience, I would recommend going somewhere else and not wasting your time, because that seems to be all ryder Likes to do.
Matt met me at the pkng lot as soon as I arrived. Asked me the issues I had and hit me into the Shop right away. Very friendly and Knowledgeable, a great asset to Ryder and a great Representative. Service was fast and Friendly.
