I rent with Enterprise Grove City all of the time, mainly because the customer service I receive is always 5 stars. I typically deal with Alex and he’s great! He is super friendly and makes for a quick pickup / drop off. I know when I call the office or stop in and get Alex I’m always going to be taken care of!
I rent regulary and they treat me very well. When I am traveling to where it may be snowy weather I can easily access an all wheel drive or 4 wheel drive vehicle. I know them all by their first name and they work very hard to keep their clients happy
Horrible experience!!!! If I could put Zero stars I would. Brently canceled my reservation without telling me or me asking. I called again after this and another man confirmed my reservation for 3pm. When 3 came and went I called, and waited on hold for an hour and a half. Brently then answered, I asked where my car wand he said "there must have been a miscommunication". He put me on hold, then came back and told me I would have a car in 15 min. Someone finally came 40 minutes later. Once I got there realize my license was expired. So I asked him if I could call my husband and he could pick up the car. He said yes, Asked how long it would be, I told him 10 minutes. Then he tells me he can't wait tells me to leave and locks the door. I had to wait in the dark and cold by myself. Unsafe and very unprofessional.
Enterprise has always been very professional and friendly to me. I have only 1 complaint but praise the staff as they had a truck that was ready to go as my truck was in the body shop getting worked on. The only complaint would be the truck had a smoke smell to it when I picked it up. I had to buy some air freshners to devert the order.
Always A++ service at this location. Employees are professional, friendly, helpful and attentive. Highly recommend this location in Grove City. Never had an issue with the vehicles and I rent often.
Sservive with a smile. Guy was great that picked me up in my rental. Had the car for a month and no issues at all.
Pickup was easy, and fast. Car was clean. Due to maintenance delays on the car scheduled for me, they gave me a choice for our replacement. I've had unpleasant experiences with Enterprise in the past, but they nailed it this time.
Tried calling Enterprise on Broadway in Grove City to set up a rental with with my discounted insurance rates and Alex was very rude. He kept repeating State Farm had to call and set up a "Customer pay claim rental". I tried telling him I had the claim # and I would be paying for this out of my pocket myself but he wouldn't set up the rental. I told him State Farm told me to call, he said State Farm is lazy and tries to do the least work possible and that's why they told me to call myself. I had my agent from State Farm call, and he was rude to her. Even though she had all the information he needed, so she tried getting ahold of State Farm claims dept. to have them send the information to Enterprise but had to leave a message. At this point, I refuse to give Enterprise my money for a rental. I booked with Hertz myself and all I was required to have was my State Farm claim # to get the discounted rates, and my rental was set up over the phone in less then 15 min. Enterprise, you really might want to rethink who you have working for you, because you are probably losing paying customers!!
This location of employees is very rude! They talk very down and condescending to customers. It is unbelievable how rude the men are at this business!! Evan at the 5th avenue location is great!
