Hi Spot Bowling Lanes

Great pricing, a lot of fun for both beginners and long time bowlers alike. Great Sunday special: one lane three hours only $35.00 upto five people per lane from 10:00A.M - 1:00p.m. I highly recommend HI -Spot Bowling Alley. P.s. Does anyone know who did their signs both inside and outside ?

Just had my husbands 30th birthday here on Saturday and it was the best time ever!! All the guests keep talking about how much fun it was. Definite plus bringing booze and food in. The man working our party did a great job! I cant say enough good things. I am trying to find an excuse to host another party here!

This unassuming 6 lane bowling alley is great fun. It's almost never busy, is inexpensive, and is BYOB. Hi Spot is no frills, so don't expect any shine or sparkle on this hidden gem.

Let me start by saying I'm not a Bowler by any means however, I do enjoy a good game every now and again. I've been coming to High Spot since I was 19 years old, I'm now 52. I've bowled there with friends, my husband & children and it's always been a blast. My boys have attended birthday parties there over the years and it's always been a fun time. What I love about High Spot is the warm and friendly atmosphere. Charlie I think that's his name is very personable. He's 'hung out' with my family while we bowled, offering pointers and sharing a laugh or two. I have raved about this unique, byob/food establishment to my family. I have family traveling to Philly at the end of the month. I am planning on spending a Thursday evening there...byob, bowling and Philly cheese steaks!!!

I bowl regularly here in a league and I think some minor improvements would make a major difference. A few thoughts: - Clean the bathrooms - I suppose you could call it a trademark aroma of Hi-Spots but this is overlooked. - Fix the equipment - Having Steve walk down the lanes to fix balls getting stuck is bad. Pin setting per lane is also hit or miss. - The outdated scoring system, although functional, should be updated. - Oil patterns are poor. There are times when I would guess there is 0 oil on parts of the lanes and this is for leagues. Whether it's because the machine to oil isn't very good or it goes days without oil, it's not right to have people pay for lanes with no oil. I really like Hi-Spots. I do. This isn't a bashing review. I just have bowled on other alleys around the area Facenda, North & South Bowl, Brunswick Zone and the actual bowling here is inferior. It really wouldn't take much either. *I'm added a star to my review because last night the lanes were oiled better. Mgmt appears to be listening.

I have an awesome time every time I hang out to bowl here. It feels so comfortable and laid back! BYOB so bring your beer cooler and get your game on!

Looks slightly creepy but not bad after all, the lanes are good and well maintained, BYOB and your own food too. Good if you want to bowl on the budget.

The reason why I go there the Pro Shop there is run by the good guy that drills the ball very well his name is John so if you need your ball drilled go to Hi Spot lanes.

Low-key byob joint.... great prices, great customer service, ball selection is weird but once you find the one you're cooking with gas. RIP

Been bowling here since 08. It's BYOB. It is possibly the greatest place in the city.
