Only a few of the workers would speak and ask do you need help finding anything. But when I have been coming in there most of the time I go they don’t even speak or nun it’s just like I’m just Casper and nobody sees me. I just feel like they just go by looks which I don’t like about them. They’ll see other females and help them out but don’t even say nun to me that’s why my attitude be the way it is when I go up in there.

So disappointed in their lack of customer service. I came in with my children and a generously-loaded gift card their grandma. 3 associates... not one associate even said hello. We left without our purchasing after inquiring if a shoe we wanted could be ordered online or in-store. I guess we didn't look like we would be a sale and weren't worth a greeting.

Went in this afternoon to get my son a pair of shoes only to be waiting by the kids shoes for so long without any help so we just walked out. If there is nobody in the store but us and there were at least 2 workers, why were they by the register just eating and talking? Won't get my business today. It will be a long time before I go in there again.
