What sets Hickory Stix BBQ apart from all the others is simply ‘quality and value’. We use only premium cuts of meat that are all slow cooked on-site daily. Our cooking process will slowly infuse mouth-watering flavor using our own blend of spices and seasonings. Our homemade BBQ and sides are sure to please.
We offer a unique mobile experience featuring a custom built wood burning smoker. Smoking is the opposite of grilling where meat is not directly in contact with the flame but is instead cooked with an indirect source of heat and wood smoke for maximum flavor. This is the most time consuming method and produces true authentic barbeque that we want to share with you.
