Really friendly, generous service. Nice landscaping. Surfaces need some cleaning. When does this Wendy’s get a fresh look like the others?
Hours, offerings, facilities... They have been closed just about every time we've tried to go there in the last 6-8 months. I was told by a cashier last weekend they don't offer the breakfast which is disappointing. The other downside is the place could use a facelift to make it feel less dark and dirty on the inside. The food, when they are open, is typical Wendy's food so no complaints there really.
I eat here 4-5 days a week. The staff does a great job with fast service and consistent food quality. Management is clearly putting the work in to train staff and maintain standards. Special thanks to Liz!
Staff is always pleasant and friendly. This is my local and closest Wendy's so I frequent it often. I have a tendency to do a lot of special orders and they always get it right and don't seem annoyed. I have recently discovered the chains breakfast sandwiches and my only complaint is this location doesn't serve breakfast so I have to go a little further if I want to get something from the breakfast menu
I go here pretty often, but lately I haven’t been too happy. I’m not a picky person and I let a lot of things slide. For one, lately my food is being served cold. Another major issue is that the employees are really rude. I’ve gotten attitude from two different people. There have been a lot of minor mistakes too. The bathrooms are also reallyyy disgusting.
Regardless of how busy they are or what time of the day it is, you should probably expect to spend a bare minimum of 20 minutes in the drive-thru line I really wish I was exaggerating here. The service is painfully slow, the employees tend to be miserable and lifeless, the chili is occasionally served ice cold, and one time I found a nice long hair in my burger. Other than all that, they’re decent.
The service was horrible! They have an older man at the front taking one order filling it b4 he takes the next person's order. Meanwhile the drive threw line went a lot faster also had about 4 people helping them. I said should I go in the drive threw for faster service the old man said mabe I should. So unperfessional. After complaining someone from the back came to support him. Very grumpy older man!!! Also I was told I couldn't upgrade my fries to the pub fries that a New Hampshire thing???? Never again
IMO, Wendy's is going out of business because they are stingy and over priced , especially for fast food. I mean when you get a drink or a frosty, you ask for a large, they're large cups are like everyone else's small cups. Just not worth the price.
Excellent service! I went through the drive through today with my two girls. A young lady, blond hair, was at the window. Unfortunately didn’t get her name as she wasn’t wearing a name tag.. but she was so sweet! She helped me order my food, waiting patiently as I took my time looking for what I wanted to eat. She proceeded to be kind as I got to the window, made sure everything was in my bags and even offered to throw in some ketchup packets. Very good staff here, food was hot and excellent, will definitely come back:!
Understaffed , but professional and friendly. Food was hot and fresh. Order was made correctly and provided as fast as possible with only 3 people working. Overall happy with them, and the food, considering the way things are these days.
