Hidden Lake features nearly a mile loop trail, a nine-acre pond and a pier extending into the pond for fishing and wildlife observation. In an effort to improve and maintain a quality fish population at Hidden Lake and ensure many park goers the same opportunities to enjoy fishing, all species are catch and release only. Lake Metroparks fishing limits are in accordance with The Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Wildlife. A fishing license is not required to fish at Hidden Lake.
Reservable tent campsite (May 2 - November 30)
This lakeside site is located on the secluded eight-acre Hidden Lake located at 7024 Kniffen Rd. in Leroy Township. The site is located 0.33 mile from the parking area next to the lake, making it a perfect location for fishing late into the night and early the next morning. There is a restroom 0.33 mile from the campsite.
