I would do less than 1 star if I could.  If your looking for a dr, who will get to know you, and be concerned about your care, Avoid This Place ! The front desk people, and nurses are just as bad. Dr Amelia told lies about me when I called asking for help. Stating that she filled prescriptions that still had refills from my previous doctor.  I went there twice, and she told administers that I requested to be released. I did not. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Nice receptionists, caring nurses. My NP is the best she truly cares about  your health and goes the extra distance to help in every way she can.Kim the office manager is super nice too she has helped me a couple of times and I couldn't ask for a kinder, sweeter, efficient manager. The nurse is so compassionate and caring as is the lab technician, they are all good people, and do a professional job.

I have been a patient at this facility form around 5 years and in the beginning had a rocky start to be honest. However recently I have had great experiences here. Stephanie is awesome and the one time I saw Ruth she was awesome as well. I have recommended this office to several people and will continue to do so in the future. The front office staff is very nice as well, very welcoming.

My Doctor of 40 yrs retired several years ago.  I  had seen 3 other Drs. before finding High Rock Internal Medicine .  An acquaintance I met during a hospital visit for my husband and thru general conversation  suggested  High Rock Internal Medicine.  At this point I  thought why not...  I have  been very pleased and satisfied.  The folks actually care about their patients.  The Office Staff is Wonderful...they are Friendly,  Courteous and Extremely Efficient.  I could not be  more Please with  the Nursing Staff and the Physician and P.A...Mathew Bryant, he is very knowledgeable and caring. He listens and will help you not only find out what is wrong if there is something but takes the time to explain things and make you aware of your options. Outstanding young Man. I highly recommend not only the Practice but also Mathew.!  I have been a patient for about 3 years there about.  I Recommend them Highly  J. York

I absolutely love Matthew and Jackie. They have been great to my husband and I. Matthew takes the time to listen and explains things in a way that the patient can understand. If there is something going on with you he will do tests and make referrals to get to the bottom of it. Thanks to him I finally have some answers about my health!

I absolutely love High Rock Internal    The doctor and all the PA's are wonderful and respectful. The girls at the front desk are amazing  They are so kind and concerned about you and work hard to get your appointments scheduled when it's convenient for you and get you in as quickly as possible!! I will never go anywhere else and always trust my medical treatment with them

Doc. Mike shoots straight, if you come in sick he will do everything he can for you. I truly Believe that he has my best interest in heart. I would recommend that if you have chronic health issues and do not like were your doctor is taking you, have Doc. Mike have a look. He will put a smile on your face and you will feel better.

Krista is an AMAZING esthetician! I have been a loyal client to her for almost a decade. She has saved my skin from Botox. Krista makes sure to help your skin with what scientific molecules are best for your skin type. I trust her opinion on what products we will use for my facial and the products I use at home. Expect the most relaxing and beneficial facial and skin care! I am 33 and still get many compliments on my skin. Thank you Krista!

I first received services at the Winston Salem location. I opted to continue receiving care at the Lexington location when the practiner I had was transferred. I have been pleased with all services received. For me, in both locations, I found that employees at both locations were stellar! PersonePe from the receptionists to the practitioners was awesome. My needs we're met, questions were addressed, and I feel that they were truly interested in my input. I have disagreed with others regarding other medical facilities. I  know some of my friends will have a negative attitude when interacting with health care personnel. Some are bitter when they don't GET what THEY want  medicine. I live in Winston Salem NC as stated but as long as I can get to High Rock I will continue to do so! Keep up the good work High Rock

I have been coming here since it opened or shortly thereafter.  I feel I get very good care and attention.  I have also had to come in for walk-in appointments and this is a great option if you get sick.  You can even schedule your walk-in appointment on line now! Dr. Hsieh is terrific and all of the other PA's and assistants are also.  Even the ladies that take your blood are so sweet and never hurt me.  She's my little vampere.  LOL.  Love her. The nurses are all so warm and welcoming.  And the front desk is terrific as well.  I especially like for Jennifer to take care of our needs and appointments when we call.  She always makes sure everything is done correctly.  As you can tell I really like High Rock Internal Medicine.  My husband goes here as well.
