Each session runs for 45 minutes and includes the warm-up, exercise demonstrations showing proper form + different progressions based on YOUR fitness level, the workout, and the cool-down.
Each boot camp runs for 45 minutes which includes the warm-up, the workout, and the cool-down. All of our sessions are designed to challenge all fitness levels. Whether you are super fit or haven’t exercised in years, everyone can benefit from our program. Any given class may include: timed circuit/body weight workouts, kettlebell specific training and/or strength training sessions.
