Highland Memorial Park

I came from out of town today. And what do I see everything removed from the whole memorial except a few things some peoples items were able to stay for whatever reason. I just put Thanksgiving and harvest down on my parents memorial. They said everything was supposed to be moved November 1 getting ready for Christmas it doesn’t even make any sense. I go back there to see where my items were everything‘s just thrown on the ground. This place has no respect for their people and their love ones no respect. I have tried to call 1 trillion times and nobody picks up the phone. How do you just throw peoples items on the ground that should tell you who these people are. Everything supposed to be removed by November 1 . You can clearly see that it was Thanksgiving it wasn’t Halloween it was Thanksgiving I wouldn’t reference his place for nothing

Why are the personal items on my aunts grave being taken down?!? This is all we have left of her! Please be respectful to grieving families! You can cut the grass around the graves still.

People that have loved ones in the Memorial Park. Should not have to be worried about visiting the memorial. And the items the personal items that they put time into are removed. By the lawn care. This place needs to be more compassion and understanding about the love ones that are in the memorial park. People understand the rules. Christmas holidays. You cannot remove peoples personal items these are sometimes seniors and their love ones sometimes this is all they had to visit define Comfort. There needs to be more compassion.

I visit family in this Memorial Park on a regular basis. I have never had problems. I do not have a face built on. Now a new company comes in and my items personal or removed. Not happy. This is a place that people come to be close to loved ones. They can still cut the grass. Stop coming up with excuses.

I am so frustrated with this place nobody ever answers the phone! Family members had ordered my daughters marker for her gravesite in the summer. Still nothing but nobody answers either what kind of business is that?

Worst cemetery I've ever dealt with in my life. They didn't even bother to mow the grass before the service and they had a work truck driving around throughout the entire service making everyone feel unwelcome and as if we needed to hurry up. Also the company ripped the family burying their loved one off! Charged more money to bury a cremation box than an oversized casket. Absolutely disgusting!

I just visited today and for the second time, the vase was stolen off of my grandparents graves! I call and they never do anything about the situation. I don't think I can keep coming up here. Which is sad.
